USI am exhibiting for my first trade show… I am exhibiting for my first trade show and was excited to print out a banner! It took me quite a while to create a beautiful graphic for the banner up to my preferences. Once I did, I submitted the graphic to Joy Displays and to Vistaprint for my other trade show materials. When I received the banner from Joy Displays, the colors were COMPLETELY different. Mountains in my photo that were light and light blue were now a dark royal blue. It did not look like the proof. I reached out to the company and asked what could be done. The "best" they could do was charge me about ~$650 and reprint a DIFFERENT graphic (mind you, I printed this graphic on all my other trade show materials and the colors came out perfectly from vistaprint). The back-and-forth conversation took several weeks and the resolution was very poor. They obviously do not care about customer service whatsoever. If I could give less than one star, I would.
