GBExcellent Service… Originally we had issues with trying to pay for the table online. This was resolved by going to the website. The table arrived in 2-3 days of ordering it. Super well packed! The table was in perfect condition but the color was lighter than expected. It still is a very nice piece of furniture. Lucy was able to communicate with me in a timely manner when I had questions. I appreciated her concise answers. I was very concerned about ordering online because we have been scammed in the past. I was relieved that everything went so smoothly and we received our table so quickly. We are very pleased with the service, communications and the product.

GBGood customer service Good customer service. I ordered a chair on April 10th, 10 days ago, and so far, no chair. It was nearly impossible to communicate with them. One customer service rep said 6 days until delivery and the next day another rep said 22-25 days. They keep giving me a link to a tracking web page but it rarely refreshes with updated information. I recently received a response from Sohnne customer service and I believe we have satisfactorily resolved the issues. The communication with them was professional and very productive!

GBI ordered two chairs on a Sunday night I ordered two chairs on a Sunday night. The very next day I received an email with an offer of $100 off an order. I contacted the company and within one day they communicated and refunded $100 to my credit card. I was impressed with this level and speed of resolution.

GBMid-century chair and ottoman We recently purchased a mid-century lounge and ottoman from Sohnne. The set arrived and assembly was required. It was relatively easy to do, but we did need to contact Sohnne to complete the project. The company was most responsive to our emails and a solution to our assembly difficulty was quickly resolved. We are most happy with the finished chair and ottoman. The quality of materials is quite nice. Shipping was prompt. We can recommend this company.

GBEnd results great customer service! The people at Sohnne actually read these reviews and take action to rectify the problems you are unhappy with. I originally posted an unfavorable one star review. Diego contacted me from the company and worked very hard to get me a refund on the item I paid for and didn’t receive. He bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. In the end the company actually has great customer service. Thank you Diego!
