BUYERS BEWARE!!! I received a damaged $1,000 chair and after weeks of trying to contact them via phone, chat, and email, the company finally responded and offered everything EXCEPT sending a replacement part. They tried to offer a partial refund, they tried to get me to buy a second chair at a discounted price, and even tried to offer me discounts on other items. Once I turned that down, they stopped responding. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Diego contacted me from the company and worked very hard to get me a refund on the item I paid for and didn’t receive. He bent over backwards to make sure I was happy.
