Mid-century chair and ottoman We recently purchased a mid-century lounge and ottoman from Sohnne. The set arrived and assembly was required. It was relatively easy to do, but we did need to contact Sohnne to complete the project. The company was most responsive to our emails and a solution to our assembly difficulty was quickly resolved. We are most happy with the finished chair and ottoman. The quality of materials is quite nice. Shipping was prompt. We can recommend this company.

This Business is a Scam - Stay Away! I should have read reviews on this site before purchasing the Eames chair replica. All the negative reviews here pretty much echo my terrible experience with this business. All other positive reviews are simply FAKE. I ordered the chair October 19, 2023 and as of March 18 2024 I still have not received the chair! After many silly excuses and unfulfilled promises, I requested a refund, but to no avail. Customer support is simply a joke and this company is a SCAM. Save you money and look elsewhere! SCAM ALERT. March 19, 2024 Regarding the refund Sohnne is claiming, I would like to get some proof of this. I have checked my bank and credit card statements for the specified date and there is no refund. So, more lies?

Customer support helped when product wasn't up to par I have ordered 3 products from Sohnne, and the first two (Eames chair replica and Togo sofa) arrived in great condition, seem well-built, and looked just like the pictures in their catalog. I then ordered a Saarinen Tulip Dining Table Replica, and it was a disaster. The table top arrived shattered, and it didn't look anything like the marble in their website pics. However, with the help of Rey and Samuel in Sohnne customer service, I received a full refund for the purchase, and I will consider shopping with Sohnne in the future.

I received a damaged $1,000 chair and after weeks of trying to contact them via phone, chat, and email, the company finally responded and offered everything EXCEPT sending a replacement part. They tried to offer a partial refund, they tried to get me to buy a second chair at a discounted price, and even tried to offer me discounts on other items. Once I turned that down, they stopped responding. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am thrilled to have gone with Sohnne… I am thrilled to have gone with Sohnne to buy my Eames chair replica. I feared what I would get going with Amazon or Wayfair. It is as close to the real thing as you can get. This has immensely exceeded my expectations. The purchasing process was seamless and sales reps answered my questions promptly with regard to the leather used, shipping, etc. the chair came in two shipments. It was extremely easy to put together with clear and concise instructions. I had to have someone help me with one small part of the assembly (needed another set of hands to steady the back). The chair is not only gorgeous but it is the most comfortable! The leather is wonderful. I’ve wanted this piece of furniture fie for years but just couldn’t bring myself to spend $8-9k for the real thing. This purchase comes so so close for a fraction of the price. I will totally be buying more from Sohnne! You should too! You won’t regret it!
