This Business is a Scam - Stay Away! I should have read reviews on this site before purchasing the Eames chair replica. All the negative reviews here pretty much echo my terrible experience with this business. All other positive reviews are simply FAKE. I ordered the chair October 19, 2023 and as of March 18 2024 I still have not received the chair! After many silly excuses and unfulfilled promises, I requested a refund, but to no avail. Customer support is simply a joke and this company is a SCAM. Save you money and look elsewhere! SCAM ALERT. March 19, 2024 Regarding the refund Sohnne is claiming, I would like to get some proof of this. I have checked my bank and credit card statements for the specified date and there is no refund. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I received a damaged $1,000 chair and after weeks of trying to contact them via phone, chat, and email, the company finally responded and offered everything EXCEPT sending a replacement part. They tried to offer a partial refund, they tried to get me to buy a second chair at a discounted price, and even tried to offer me discounts on other items. Once I turned that down, they stopped responding. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered two chairs on a Sunday night I ordered two chairs on a Sunday night. The very next day I received an email with an offer of $100 off an order. I contacted the company and within one day they communicated and refunded $100 to my credit card. I was impressed with this level and speed of resolution.
