I contacted the company and within one day they communicated and refunded $100 to my credit card. I was impressed with this level and speed of resolution.

Diego contacted me from the company and worked very hard to get me a refund on the item I paid for and didn’t receive. He bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I received a damaged $1,000 chair and after weeks of trying to contact them via phone, chat, and email, the company finally responded and offered everything EXCEPT sending a replacement part. They tried to offer a partial refund, they tried to get me to buy a second chair at a discounted price, and even tried to offer me discounts on other items. Once I turned that down, they stopped responding. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

An assembly tip I ordered the Eames-style replica lounge chair. Chair arrived quickly (although the two boxes arrived on two different days) and is beautiful, exactly as advertised. Assembly was pretty easy but the only difficulty lay in attaching the arm rests. My advice: absolutely use the long allen wrench / turning tool to help keep your screws steady while trying to slot them into the threads.
