Order Concerns Addressed with Unexpected Refund I placed an order and paid for it immediately. After that, I didn't receive any updates about my order, which made me worried that I might have been scammed. Moreover, my emails inquiring about the shipping status went unanswered. Consequently, I sent another email requesting the cancellation of my order. To my surprise, my money was refunded, even though I had assumed it was lost.

Diego contacted me from the company and worked very hard to get me a refund on the item I paid for and didn’t receive. He bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Excellent Service… Originally we had issues with trying to pay for the table online. This was resolved by going to the website. The table arrived in 2-3 days of ordering it. Super well packed! The table was in perfect condition but the color was lighter than expected. It still is a very nice piece of furniture. Lucy was able to communicate with me in a timely manner when I had questions. I appreciated her concise answers. I was very concerned about ordering online because we have been scammed in the past. I was relieved that everything went so smoothly and we received our table so quickly. We are very pleased with the service, communications and the product.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I received a damaged $1,000 chair and after weeks of trying to contact them via phone, chat, and email, the company finally responded and offered everything EXCEPT sending a replacement part. They tried to offer a partial refund, they tried to get me to buy a second chair at a discounted price, and even tried to offer me discounts on other items. Once I turned that down, they stopped responding. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
