Good customer service Good customer service. I ordered a chair on April 10th, 10 days ago, and so far, no chair. It was nearly impossible to communicate with them. One customer service rep said 6 days until delivery and the next day another rep said 22-25 days. They keep giving me a link to a tracking web page but it rarely refreshes with updated information. I recently received a response from Sohnne customer service and I believe we have satisfactorily resolved the issues. The communication with them was professional and very productive!

I’ve always wanted an Eames chair I’ve always wanted an Eames chair. I am not disappointed with the Sohnne replica. Gorgeous, comfortable (and it is becoming even more so with more use), and solidly engineered. The chair is expertly packed and shipped. Assembly was easy but Sohnne needs to update its instructions, too much guesswork regarding parts. I basically just “figured out” how to assemble it because the included instructions were worthless. Overall, I’m 100% satisfied (I just wish my sons would let me sit in it more).

Excellent Service… Originally we had issues with trying to pay for the table online. This was resolved by going to the website. The table arrived in 2-3 days of ordering it. Super well packed! The table was in perfect condition but the color was lighter than expected. It still is a very nice piece of furniture. Lucy was able to communicate with me in a timely manner when I had questions. I appreciated her concise answers. I was very concerned about ordering online because we have been scammed in the past. I was relieved that everything went so smoothly and we received our table so quickly. We are very pleased with the service, communications and the product.

An assembly tip I ordered the Eames-style replica lounge chair. Chair arrived quickly (although the two boxes arrived on two different days) and is beautiful, exactly as advertised. Assembly was pretty easy but the only difficulty lay in attaching the arm rests. My advice: absolutely use the long allen wrench / turning tool to help keep your screws steady while trying to slot them into the threads.

Customer support helped when product wasn't up to par I have ordered 3 products from Sohnne, and the first two (Eames chair replica and Togo sofa) arrived in great condition, seem well-built, and looked just like the pictures in their catalog. I then ordered a Saarinen Tulip Dining Table Replica, and it was a disaster. The table top arrived shattered, and it didn't look anything like the marble in their website pics. However, with the help of Rey and Samuel in Sohnne customer service, I received a full refund for the purchase, and I will consider shopping with Sohnne in the future.
