End results great customer service! The people at Sohnne actually read these reviews and take action to rectify the problems you are unhappy with. I originally posted an unfavorable one star review. Diego contacted me from the company and worked very hard to get me a refund on the item I paid for and didn’t receive. He bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. In the end the company actually has great customer service. Thank you Diego!

Rey - best customer service ever Rey was fantastic! I had many questions about the coffee table I was buying and he was able to answer every question I had. I called multiple times and he always answered the phone within seconds. He is so knowledgeable and made me feel great about my purchase.

Order Concerns Addressed with Unexpected Refund I placed an order and paid for it immediately. After that, I didn't receive any updates about my order, which made me worried that I might have been scammed. Moreover, my emails inquiring about the shipping status went unanswered. Consequently, I sent another email requesting the cancellation of my order. To my surprise, my money was refunded, even though I had assumed it was lost.

Good customer service Good customer service. I ordered a chair on April 10th, 10 days ago, and so far, no chair. It was nearly impossible to communicate with them. One customer service rep said 6 days until delivery and the next day another rep said 22-25 days. They keep giving me a link to a tracking web page but it rarely refreshes with updated information. I recently received a response from Sohnne customer service and I believe we have satisfactorily resolved the issues. The communication with them was professional and very productive!

My order of a Wegner Ox chair is yet to… My order of a Wegner Ox chair is yet to be delivered after 50 days (the promise was 3 days on the webb site). The price was miscalculated so that price + vat + transport did not equal the sum. When ordering internationally a high transport cost is added (which is not clear at the webb site before - it says free shipping).
