I contacted the company and within one day they communicated and refunded $100 to my credit card. I was impressed with this level and speed of resolution.

I originally posted an unfavorable one star review. Diego contacted me from the company and worked very hard to get me a refund on the item I paid for and didn’t receive. GBI’ve always wanted an Eames chair I’ve always wanted an Eames chair. I am not disappointed with the Sohnne replica. Gorgeous, comfortable (and it is becoming even more so with more use), and solidly engineered. The chair is expertly packed and shipped. Assembly was easy but Sohnne needs to update its instructions, too much guesswork regarding parts. I basically just “figured out” how to assemble it because the included instructions were worthless. Overall, I’m 100% satisfied (I just wish my sons would let me sit in it more).
