SEMy order of a Wegner Ox chair is yet to… My order of a Wegner Ox chair is yet to be delivered after 50 days (the promise was 3 days on the webb site). The price was miscalculated so that price + vat + transport did not equal the sum. When ordering internationally a high transport cost is added (which is not clear at the webb site before - it says free shipping).

GBCustomer support helped when product wasn't up to par I have ordered 3 products from Sohnne, and the first two (Eames chair replica and Togo sofa) arrived in great condition, seem well-built, and looked just like the pictures in their catalog. I then ordered a Saarinen Tulip Dining Table Replica, and it was a disaster. The table top arrived shattered, and it didn't look anything like the marble in their website pics. However, with the help of Rey and Samuel in Sohnne customer service, I received a full refund for the purchase, and I will consider shopping with Sohnne in the future.

CHOrder Concerns Addressed with Unexpected Refund I placed an order and paid for it immediately. After that, I didn't receive any updates about my order, which made me worried that I might have been scammed. Moreover, my emails inquiring about the shipping status went unanswered. Consequently, I sent another email requesting the cancellation of my order. To my surprise, my money was refunded, even though I had assumed it was lost.
