Gorgeous, comfortable (and it is becoming even more so with more use), and solidly engineered. The chair is expertly packed and shipped. Assembly was easy but Sohnne needs to update its instructions, too much guesswork regarding parts. I basically just “figured out” how to assemble it because the included instructions were worthless. Overall, I’m 100% satisfied (I just wish my sons would let me sit in it more).

It’s comfortable, the leather and plywood is 1st rate and it looks good. Their assembly instructions could use some work. Order Concerns Addressed with Unexpected Refund I placed an order and paid for it immediately. After that, I didn't receive any updates about my order, which made me worried that I might have been scammed. Moreover, my emails inquiring about the shipping status went unanswered. Good customer service Good customer service. I ordered a chair on April 10th, 10 days ago, and so far, no chair. It was nearly impossible to communicate with them. One customer service rep said 6 days until delivery and the next day another rep said 22-25 days. They keep giving me a link to a tracking web page but it rarely refreshes with updated information. I recently received a response from Sohnne customer service and I believe we have satisfactorily resolved the issues. The communication with them was professional and very productive!
