I received a damaged $1,000 chair and after weeks of trying to contact them via phone, chat, and email, the company finally responded and offered everything EXCEPT sending a replacement part. They tried to offer a partial refund, they tried to get me to buy a second chair at a discounted price, and even tried to offer me discounts on other items. Once I turned that down, they stopped responding. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The table was in perfect condition but the color was lighter than expected. It still is a very nice piece of furniture. Lucy was able to communicate with me in a timely manner when I had questions. I appreciated her concise answers. I was very concerned about ordering online because we have been scammed in the past.
