GBAn assembly tip I ordered the Eames-style replica lounge chair. Chair arrived quickly (although the two boxes arrived on two different days) and is beautiful, exactly as advertised. Assembly was pretty easy but the only difficulty lay in attaching the arm rests. My advice: absolutely use the long allen wrench / turning tool to help keep your screws steady while trying to slot them into the threads.

GBBUYERS BEWARE!!! I received a damaged $1,000 chair and after weeks of trying to contact them via phone, chat, and email, the company finally responded and offered everything EXCEPT sending a replacement part. They tried to offer a partial refund, they tried to get me to buy a second chair at a discounted price, and even tried to offer me discounts on other items. Once I turned that down, they stopped responding. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

GBI’ve always wanted an Eames chair I’ve always wanted an Eames chair. I am not disappointed with the Sohnne replica. Gorgeous, comfortable (and it is becoming even more so with more use), and solidly engineered. The chair is expertly packed and shipped. Assembly was easy but Sohnne needs to update its instructions, too much guesswork regarding parts. I basically just “figured out” how to assemble it because the included instructions were worthless. Overall, I’m 100% satisfied (I just wish my sons would let me sit in it more).

SEMy order of a Wegner Ox chair is yet to… My order of a Wegner Ox chair is yet to be delivered after 50 days (the promise was 3 days on the webb site). The price was miscalculated so that price + vat + transport did not equal the sum. When ordering internationally a high transport cost is added (which is not clear at the webb site before - it says free shipping).

GBEnd results great customer service! The people at Sohnne actually read these reviews and take action to rectify the problems you are unhappy with. I originally posted an unfavorable one star review. Diego contacted me from the company and worked very hard to get me a refund on the item I paid for and didn’t receive. He bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. In the end the company actually has great customer service. Thank you Diego!
