Great Eames knockoff Great Eames knockoff. Close to the real thing and save $6G’s. I am going to PT for hips and back. The original design takes the weight off those areas and this does. It’s comfortable, the leather and plywood is 1st rate and it looks good. Their assembly instructions could use some work. They don’t show you where the fasteners go so that took a while to figure out but got it. Chair A; assembly instructions C-.

Great quality, amazing value Purchased the eames chair from sohnne last week. The chair arrived within a week (we live in NYC) and the quality is excellent. Seems almost impossible to catch any differences vs the original. There were some issues with shipping as the screws were missing but customer service sent them asap after we emailed them. Generally very happy with the experience.

Good customer service Good customer service. I ordered a chair on April 10th, 10 days ago, and so far, no chair. It was nearly impossible to communicate with them. One customer service rep said 6 days until delivery and the next day another rep said 22-25 days. They keep giving me a link to a tracking web page but it rarely refreshes with updated information. I recently received a response from Sohnne customer service and I believe we have satisfactorily resolved the issues. The communication with them was professional and very productive!

End results great customer service! The people at Sohnne actually read these reviews and take action to rectify the problems you are unhappy with. I originally posted an unfavorable one star review. Diego contacted me from the company and worked very hard to get me a refund on the item I paid for and didn’t receive. He bent over backwards to make sure I was happy.
