Customer support helped when product wasn't up to par I have ordered 3 products from Sohnne, and the first two (Eames chair replica and Togo sofa) arrived in great condition, seem well-built, and looked just like the pictures in their catalog. I then ordered a Saarinen Tulip Dining Table Replica, and it was a disaster. The table top arrived shattered, and it didn't look anything like the marble in their website pics. However, with the help of Rey and Samuel in Sohnne customer service, I received a full refund for the purchase, and I will consider shopping with Sohnne in the future.

It is as close to the real thing as you can get. This has immensely exceeded my expectations. The purchasing process was seamless and sales reps answered my questions promptly with regard to the leather used, shipping, etc. the chair came in two shipments. It was extremely easy to put together with clear and concise instructions. I had to have someone help me with one small part of the assembly (needed another set of hands to steady the back). The chair is not only gorgeous but it is the most comfortable! The leather is wonderful. I’ve wanted this piece of furniture fie for years but just couldn’t bring myself to spend $8-9k for the real thing. This purchase comes so so close for a fraction of the price. I will totally be buying more from Sohnne! You should too! You won’t regret it!

An assembly tip I ordered the Eames-style replica lounge chair. Chair arrived quickly (although the two boxes arrived on two different days) and is beautiful, exactly as advertised. Assembly was pretty easy but the only difficulty lay in attaching the arm rests. My advice: absolutely use the long allen wrench / turning tool to help keep your screws steady while trying to slot them into the threads.

Great Eames knockoff Great Eames knockoff. Close to the real thing and save $6G’s. I am going to PT for hips and back. The original design takes the weight off those areas and this does. It’s comfortable, the leather and plywood is 1st rate and it looks good. Their assembly instructions could use some work. They don’t show you where the fasteners go so that took a while to figure out but got it. Chair A; assembly instructions C-.

Good customer service Good customer service. I ordered a chair on April 10th, 10 days ago, and so far, no chair. It was nearly impossible to communicate with them. One customer service rep said 6 days until delivery and the next day another rep said 22-25 days. They keep giving me a link to a tracking web page but it rarely refreshes with updated information. I recently received a response from Sohnne customer service and I believe we have satisfactorily resolved the issues. The communication with them was professional and very productive!
