Diego contacted me from the company and worked very hard to get me a refund on the item I paid for and didn’t receive. He bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. An assembly tip I ordered the Eames-style replica lounge chair. Chair arrived quickly (although the two boxes arrived on two different days) and is beautiful, exactly as advertised. Assembly was pretty easy but the only difficulty lay in attaching the arm rests. My advice: absolutely use the long allen wrench / turning tool to help keep your screws steady while trying to slot them into the threads.

Great quality, amazing value Purchased the eames chair from sohnne last week. The chair arrived within a week (we live in NYC) and the quality is excellent. Seems almost impossible to catch any differences vs the original. There were some issues with shipping as the screws were missing but customer service sent them asap after we emailed them. Generally very happy with the experience.

This Business is a Scam - Stay Away! I should have read reviews on this site before purchasing the Eames chair replica. All the negative reviews here pretty much echo my terrible experience with this business. All other positive reviews are simply FAKE. I ordered the chair October 19, 2023 and as of March 18 2024 I still have not received the chair! After many silly excuses and unfulfilled promises, I requested a refund, but to no avail. Customer support is simply a joke and this company is a SCAM. Save you money and look elsewhere! SCAM ALERT. March 19, 2024 Regarding the refund Sohnne is claiming, I would like to get some proof of this. I have checked my bank and credit card statements for the specified date and there is no refund. So, more lies?
