CHOrder Concerns Addressed with Unexpected Refund I placed an order and paid for it immediately. After that, I didn't receive any updates about my order, which made me worried that I might have been scammed. Moreover, my emails inquiring about the shipping status went unanswered. Consequently, I sent another email requesting the cancellation of my order. To my surprise, my money was refunded, even though I had assumed it was lost.

GBExcellent Service… Originally we had issues with trying to pay for the table online. This was resolved by going to the website. The table arrived in 2-3 days of ordering it. Super well packed! The table was in perfect condition but the color was lighter than expected. It still is a very nice piece of furniture. Lucy was able to communicate with me in a timely manner when I had questions. I appreciated her concise answers. I was very concerned about ordering online because we have been scammed in the past. I was relieved that everything went so smoothly and we received our table so quickly. We are very pleased with the service, communications and the product.

GBGood customer service Good customer service. I ordered a chair on April 10th, 10 days ago, and so far, no chair. It was nearly impossible to communicate with them. One customer service rep said 6 days until delivery and the next day another rep said 22-25 days. They keep giving me a link to a tracking web page but it rarely refreshes with updated information. I recently received a response from Sohnne customer service and I believe we have satisfactorily resolved the issues. The communication with them was professional and very productive!

GBI ordered two chairs on a Sunday night I ordered two chairs on a Sunday night. The very next day I received an email with an offer of $100 off an order. I contacted the company and within one day they communicated and refunded $100 to my credit card. I was impressed with this level and speed of resolution.
