GBI did not get what I ordered I did not get what I ordered. I wanted, ordered and paid for a chair with leg rest. I got a plain chair. After complaining, I got a partial refund, but it’s an ordinary chair I could have bought for less (after the refund) at Target. I do appreciate the partial refund, it was prompt and pleasant. But I’m not in love with the chair.

GBI found chair uncomfortable for me I found chair uncomfortable for me. When I asked about return I was told 40% will be deducted from refund.

GBOverrated chair Overrated chair. I had heard that this was considered an amazing, ergonomic yet comfortable chair for the price but it really just feels like a knockoff of the real thing and is overpriced for what you get. I’d recommend spending a little more for a more reputable brand.
