GBThe Chair Arrived Damaged, But Ergochair Made Good On It The chair arrived with the adjustable back support broken, and I strongly suspect that this had been returned by a previous purchaser after he/she damaged it. I believe that Ergochair did not realize that the chair was damaged, and proceeded to resell it to me. I found the chair usable in spite of the damage, and we negotiated for a suitable partial refund, which Ergochair promptly credited back to my credit card. The reason for my 3-sar review is that I think that Ergochair should not have fulfilled an order for a new item with one that was previously sold and returned.

GBI found chair uncomfortable for me I found chair uncomfortable for me. When I asked about return I was told 40% will be deducted from refund.
