GBTimely delivery I received the items four days after ordering and am excited to try the products. The only thing is there were no documents with the products so if I did receive the wrongs items or need to return the items I had no information in which to do so.

GBThe product definitely works The product definitely works, however they keep sending out brand new product with an insert stating you can a free one, and yet when scan the code it doesn’t work and I’m told that that promotion is over. Now I’m wondering how fresh the product is or did they order too many with that particular promotional card inside?

NLTerrible experience A similar situation. Terrible experience. My order was canceled because the item I ordered was out of stock (it wasn't available at the time I placed the order). I was notified by SMS and it's still 23 days since I received my refund. No more response to my messages and emails. No more cooperation with this company. This is not an order, but a donation of funds to their accounts.

GBDidn’t ship express shipping order for over a week Terrible experience. Placed an order on February 26th and paid for express shipping. It is March 4th and they have yet to ship the order or respond to my inquiry. This was supposed to be a timely gift and I’m out almost 100$ with no gift and no one from customer service who cares to respond.
