Prices are avarage compared to other similiar websites and products of comperable quality. It's a bit hard to search for a product, as website has a few options for searching, and it sometimes takes more time than expected to find what you're looking for. That being said, I didn't noticed any problems with payment, after I filled all the necessary information, it was smooth proces. Customer support - no big complaints here either. They always answered in resonable amount of time andtried to provide all the info needed. All in all - avearge exprience.

Didn’t ship express shipping order for over a week Terrible experience. Placed an order on February 26th and paid for express shipping. It is March 4th and they have yet to ship the order or respond to my inquiry. This was supposed to be a timely gift and I’m out almost 100$ with no gift and no one from customer service who cares to respond.

The product definitely works The product definitely works, however they keep sending out brand new product with an insert stating you can a free one, and yet when scan the code it doesn’t work and I’m told that that promotion is over. Now I’m wondering how fresh the product is or did they order too many with that particular promotional card inside?
