Terrible experience A similar situation. Terrible experience. My order was canceled because the item I ordered was out of stock (it wasn't available at the time I placed the order). I was notified by SMS and it's still 23 days since I received my refund. No more response to my messages and emails. No more cooperation with this company. This is not an order, but a donation of funds to their accounts.

Got the empty containers… I brought two travel size lash serums and they both came bone dry with no product i am very upset i spent and invested so much money in finding a lash serum and get this, this is unacceptable.

Didn’t ship express shipping order for over a week Terrible experience. Placed an order on February 26th and paid for express shipping. It is March 4th and they have yet to ship the order or respond to my inquiry. This was supposed to be a timely gift and I’m out almost 100$ with no gift and no one from customer service who cares to respond.

Must-have Item This is a ‘must have’ item I could not do without. I’m in my 60s and my eyelashes were sparse and short - this has made a massive difference - I never get eyelash extensions now - I don’t need them!! 👍👍
