The one gripe was the selection was quite small of offices for what we were looking for (large space, not too high of a price point), and did not update or refresh as quickly as it could have.

He was always responsive and professional. We were able to get our space rented and would definitely work with the Rob & the SquareFoot team again.

Was hoping for a smoother process... Was hoping for a smoother process by going through SquareFoot vs a Broker but ended up feeling like it was more work in a lot of ways (less supply, more conversations, more seeing offices that weren’t really appropriate for what we had specified). Tech front end is okay and helpful to get a quick sense of what’s out there but again most everything was still done over email and was a high touch process.

It was always a pleasure meeting her for viewings, and even though the process for us took over a few months, she was patient and made no gripes about showing us the same locations a few times. We will definitely come back to SquareFoot when we move office spaces again.
