Was hoping for a smoother process by going through SquareFoot vs a Broker but ended up feeling like it was more work in a lot of ways (less supply, more conversations, more seeing offices that weren’t really appropriate for what we had specified). Tech front end is okay and helpful to get a quick sense of what’s out there but again most everything was still done over email and was a high touch process.
