I emailed them but have not got a reply so I called and got a recorded message saying to leave a message! It was supposed to be a Christmas present. Now it is the 22 of Dec. and no present. I am waiting to see if they return my call.

Not worth the effort Package arrived on time but the way it was packaged was terrible. No support on corners or bubble wrap to protect. Frame broken all around. Spoke with customer service and explained how package should be protected. They sent us another one and this one had less protection than the first. Frame shattered. Received refund. Grandson Xmas gift ruined. These people just don't get it!

I bought an item on the 6th and it… I bought an item on the 6th and it shipped right away, but on the 9th it said it arrived at a USPS facility (shipped with UPS) and there have been no updates since, even through USPS.
