I received the wrong package I received the wrong package. All the paperwork with the package said my correct order but inside was not the correct poster. I called and lead me to a voicemail.

Great customer service Great customer service, great product and considering the product was ordered on Dec.12, it still arrived 3 days before Christmas. Thank you!! Will definitely order from this company again!!!!

I ordered on 12/8 and have not even… I ordered on 12/8 and have not even received a tracking number yet. I emailed them but have not got a reply so I called and got a recorded message saying to leave a message! It was supposed to be a Christmas present. Now it is the 22 of Dec. and no present. I am waiting to see if they return my call.

Still haven't received I ordered this on 12/12th and still don't have it as of 12/21st. Only tracking info provided shows shipped on 12/16 but no expected date of delivery. Concerning to receive a request to provide a review on 12/21st before the product is delivered or delivery information is available and frustrating as a Christmas gift not to have this with 4 days left until Christmas! 2 stars were given instead of 1 because hopefully when it finally comes the quality of the product was worth the wait!

Where's my poster? It's here now! Ordered a poster and still as of Dec. 5 haven't received it nor does there seem to be any activity on it's mailing progress. Update: Customer service was great. They sent me a replacement poster with a rush order to maker certain it would be here for Christmas. Very satisfied!
