And the people they do have are under paid and careless about the orders. Trends hired an outside agency company to hire undocumented people and underpaid on top of that smh. I wouldn’t invest in!!! Bad product no back up service Just like the other reviews the vacuum I bought won't even pick up a grain of sand. I am trying to send it back and get mt money back but they won't answer any emails and I have no return address. It is bewildering how a company like this can exist.

Not worth the effort Package arrived on time but the way it was packaged was terrible. No support on corners or bubble wrap to protect. Frame broken all around. Spoke with customer service and explained how package should be protected. They sent us another one and this one had less protection than the first. Frame shattered. Received refund. Grandson Xmas gift ruined. These people just don't get it!

Wrong posters. Because it was my first purchase, it should have been carefully reviewed so as not to make any mistakes, but unfortunately it was not. I ordered two Buddha posters and they sent me two of these: Sports Illustrated: Swimsuit Edition - Barbara Palvin. Therefore I can only give them 2 stars.
