GBItem not received, no reply to e-mails I ordered some biltong from the ethicalcommunity website from a firm called van der merwe. Nothing has arrived, no e-mails have been answered from either ethicalcommunity.com or vandermerwebiltong.com. I know it was only £29.50 but surely that's not the point. Never again.

GBNeeds better merchandising I've been looking for something like this for a while. Found some good stuff on there, but the merchandising needs to be better. Much of it could be using stronger guidelines for the shops on how to photograph (eg always against white). But crowdsourcing the most popular items would be interesting too.

GBFab service and delivery but quality of product was disappointing! I ordered a teething ring for my 5 month old daughter, after looking at several different products decided to go with the organic wooden teething ring, mainly as it didn't have any coatings. Unfortunatly it was not as smooth as I would have liked it, my father has sanded it a little more to my satisfaction. But my baby loves it and enjoys playing and sucking it.
