GBVery bad, product not provided but money taken - beware!! Paid for product (box of lip salves) and waited - after chasing several times, eventually advised product not available even though funds taken ! Also following registration on ethical website starting getting a stream of communication that was clearly just junk mail (not ethical) and also offers of services that were definitely not ethical and of a sexual nature. Will never try to shop there/ via site again. Avoid at all costs. Feb 2012

GBAbsolutely rubbish-would not use again! Will not use again as I have not received my order after 15 days but the money went out 13 days ago. Have even sent 2 messages but still no one has replied. Not at all happy!
