USI purchased a kitchen table! Just NO! I purchased a kitchen table. The table instructions stated you must place a rug under it for stability AND the top came in 4 sections with some type of flimsy metal template. I have emailed and call several times. They keep offering bigger discounts and asking that I just assemble the table. I have opened a case with PayPal for assistance to get a return authorization, stopped payment with my bank, etc. Stay Away! They promise easy returns: IT'S 💯 % a total lie.

USDisappointment The Company in my opinion is not reliable. I ordered a Tribesigns 70.9 inch Sofa Console Table on July 25, 2023 and waited for it's arrival. It never showed up as scheduled. On July 29th, I received a cancellation message on the order, after the first payment was taken. At least they said any money paid would be returned, and I'm grateful for that. Cancellation had something to do with location restrictions, which to this day I don't understand. I always order online and packages are delivered to my home OFTEN. What restrictions on my location????

USI recently ordered a product from… I recently ordered a product from Tribesigns that we no longer needed. I contacted the company and they cancelled and it and sent a refund immediately. I was very grateful for this response to my request before the item even shipped!

USBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! We ordered a desk and when it arrived it was scratched and parts broken. Have been trying for 12 weeks now to return the merchandise, but they will NOT pay for shipping even though their return policy clearly states they will. HORRIBLE customer service! Customer service is only available via email and they are never helpful. STAY AWAY!!! We are going to take about a $150 loss.

USReceived item damaged Received item damaged. Box was damaged but taped with duck tape and the package was resealed. Asked for a refund but still having problems returning . I put the desk together but the desk is made cheap and once build it is wobbly. Two weeks asking for refund going back and forth with email. First they wanted give me $40 discount then $60 and finally $100. I let them know I do not want discount since the package and items are damaged, still waiting for my refund. Update: after three weeks and numerous emails and calls finally I have received my refund.
