GBTribesigns honored their customer… Tribesigns honored their customer satisfaction policy. My unit arrived damaged and they worked with me to ensure I was satisfied. They have great customer service & quick communication. I would definitly trust this company again with my business.

GBI purchased a kitchen table! Just NO! I purchased a kitchen table. The table instructions stated you must place a rug under it for stability AND the top came in 4 sections with some type of flimsy metal template. I have emailed and call several times. They keep offering bigger discounts and asking that I just assemble the table. I have opened a case with PayPal for assistance to get a return authorization, stopped payment with my bank, etc. Stay Away! They promise easy returns: IT'S 💯 % a total lie.

GBI recently ordered a product from… I recently ordered a product from Tribesigns that we no longer needed. I contacted the company and they cancelled and it and sent a refund immediately. I was very grateful for this response to my request before the item even shipped!

GBDamaged and missing parts - no replacements sent - poor response from company I purchased a bookcase by Tribeware on Wayfair in December. It arrived damaged and with a missing part. I contacted the support team at Tribesign for replacement parts. They said they would ship them to me and they would arrive in 3-5 days. It’s been over a month and after several follow up emails and a phone call to their support team, I still have not received the replacement parts. My last follow up email went unanswered. Super frustrating to not get what you paid for and not receive the support promised. I will never buy from them again and would advise against it.
