GBReceived item damaged Received item damaged. Box was damaged but taped with duck tape and the package was resealed. Asked for a refund but still having problems returning . I put the desk together but the desk is made cheap and once build it is wobbly. Two weeks asking for refund going back and forth with email. First they wanted give me $40 discount then $60 and finally $100. I let them know I do not want discount since the package and items are damaged, still waiting for my refund. Update: after three weeks and numerous emails and calls finally I have received my refund.

GBNon-existent Customer Service Inexpensive so you know the quality is not going to be amazing. But that is not the problem. The problem is zero customer service. Product arrived damaged and the company has not responded to any contact attempt. Cheap Chinese made furniture with non-existent customer service. Do Not do it, buy something better quality and more reputable.

GBDamaged and missing parts - no replacements sent - poor response from company I purchased a bookcase by Tribeware on Wayfair in December. It arrived damaged and with a missing part. I contacted the support team at Tribesign for replacement parts. They said they would ship them to me and they would arrive in 3-5 days. It’s been over a month and after several follow up emails and a phone call to their support team, I still have not received the replacement parts. My last follow up email went unanswered. Super frustrating to not get what you paid for and not receive the support promised. I will never buy from them again and would advise against it.
