The Worst Experience Ever My experience with WhiteSmile is the worst I've ever had with a vendor on the internet. I never received the product. When I made a claim, I was treated with rudeness and antipathy and was accused of lying. I lost $150 because WhiteSmile did not care to claim the shipping company. I bought a Teeth Whitening Kit. The tracking information said the package was delivered, but I never received it. I asked WhiteSmile to send me a signed receipt as conclusive proof of the delivery of the package, and they answered me the following: "We do not require a signature when delivering our products. You received free shipping, which drops the parcel to your address without a signature as most people are not available to sign for packages. Your package was shipped and delivered to the address you provided. There is nothing more we can do at this point." I lost $150 and felt betrayed and insulted. I would NEVER recommend anyone WhiteSmile.

I just wanted a refund I just wanted a refund. I didn’t even want the product anymore after 4 months of waiting for it. They refused and ignored my messages and instead sent a used product in a bent and dirty box

The product is wonderful The product is wonderful. I like the way the mouthpiece fits. It's comfortable to wear for the required time. I've only started the whitening process so no sense of how well it will whiten my teeth, but I'm pleased with the performance.

FAKE FAKE FAKE! FAKE FAKE FAKE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not send you the product and if they do, DO NOT TRUST. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. They don't have a customer service either so good luck contacting them. I am still waiting for my refund.
