Company and customer service suck! First they responded to me email and order 2 months later..sad it went to spam folder. Recvd product and it was dried up, cldnt be used. After they responded to my email they said they’d send me extra pack of pens. Never recvd. Sent 8 emails 5 months later no response. Posted complaints with BBB.

I love the mouthpiece I love the mouthpiece. Don’t love the gel pen & brush. I bought separate gel in a squeeze tube. I apply it directly to my teeth & then put in the mouth piece!! Much better results. But it does make my teeth more sensitive.
