Disappointed. Disappointed. The 16x20 Image that I received was way more blurry and unfocused than what website portrays. Unless this was a printing error, Think you owe your customers advice/warning in order for them to make an informed decision.

It is hard for me to give you a good… I received my picture and am very satisfied. You really shouldn't send these requests until we had a chance to receive your product. I wasn't sure if I was scammed or not.

When we weren't sure of what type of paper to have it printed on they sent samples right away. They answered all questions in a timely and friendly manner. Plus these pictures are absolutely amazing! Amazing service! Sky Image Lab is great! I really liked one particular image of the Orion Nebula but wanted a particular cropped + rotated perspective of it to fit my space. James Webb at Home After the Webb Space Telescope team released images of the Carina Nebula, I spent what felt like hours lost in the "cosmic cliffs." While posters and prints were abundantly available online, it was challenging to find good quality art prints that capture the detail and beauty of the nebula. Thankfully, the folks at Sky Image were able to answer my questions about image detail, cropping, and provide a recommendation for my order. The resulting Fine Art print that I received is rich in color on the brights and gives a matte inky look to the darkness of space. I'm very pleased with the gallery quality of the print and the service provided, and happy to have a little bit of the cosmic cliffs at home with me.
