Disappointed. Disappointed. The 16x20 Image that I received was way more blurry and unfocused than what website portrays. Unless this was a printing error, Think you owe your customers advice/warning in order for them to make an informed decision.

It is hard for me to give you a good… I received my picture and am very satisfied. You really shouldn't send these requests until we had a chance to receive your product. I wasn't sure if I was scammed or not.

Amazing service! Sky Image Lab is great! I really liked one particular image of the Orion Nebula but wanted a particular cropped + rotated perspective of it to fit my space.
