Last week I had a problem with a small… Last week I had a problem with a small 8"x8" photo book that had photos printed not in the format I thought I'd ordered. I don't know if it happened because of some glitch in Printique's software or as a result of my mistakes when uploading and formatting the images, but Printique resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I got a full refund without a question.

Strong blue color cast on bw images I ordered a black and white photo book, but the prints have a blue color cast. It’s noticeable as soon as I look at the book and very noticeable when I compare the same images I had printed from another supplier.

The color of the 5by5 prints are off The color of the 5by5 prints are off. Also the 5by5 Black and white prints are kind of blueish. I hope there was a problem with the printer and it's a one time situation. The 11by14 black and white are fine. I have been printing with Adorama for years and everything works fine. My only complain is they eliminated the black and white (on b&w paper) option. I save my b&w images in grayscale always and sometimes they end up blueish on the prints. Also, they stopped using the photoshop setting to calibrate our photos.
