Strong blue color cast on bw images I ordered a black and white photo book, but the prints have a blue color cast. It’s noticeable as soon as I look at the book and very noticeable when I compare the same images I had printed from another supplier.

I don't know if it happened because of some glitch in Printique's software or as a result of my mistakes when uploading and formatting the images, but Printique resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I got a full refund without a question.

Great quality prints Great quality prints. I give 5 stars for everything except the software on my iPhone. Would be great if the software could do the entire order process and ability to work on my iPad Pro. But other than the software. Excellent quality. Colors. Sharpness. Precision cutting for photos that have subjects near border.
