GBLast week I had a problem with a small… Last week I had a problem with a small 8"x8" photo book that had photos printed not in the format I thought I'd ordered. I don't know if it happened because of some glitch in Printique's software or as a result of my mistakes when uploading and formatting the images, but Printique resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I got a full refund without a question.

GBWell worth the expense These frames and prints are expensive but well worth it for a nice gift or family memory. My frame was gorgeous and the custom colors were numerous. The basic glass covering was fine and the frame came very well shipped extremely safe packaging. I will definitely use the site again for how high quality the first order was my wife absolutely loved her picture of our baby girl.
New to printing
GBBad printing The book we printed had pages that were messed up and now I can’t get help until the 30th. This is not great for client work. Makes us look unprofessional

GBStrong blue color cast on bw images I ordered a black and white photo book, but the prints have a blue color cast. It’s noticeable as soon as I look at the book and very noticeable when I compare the same images I had printed from another supplier.
