GBGreat customer service. My print arrived on my doorstep with extensive damage to the box, which could have only occurred during shipping. The entire length of the print inside was creased in intervals. Fortunately, McGaw Graphics was quick to make it right for me. Very appreciative!

GBShipping cost is a mystery We've been a customer of McGaw for just about 40 years. The quality is excellent, but there's one thing I really dislike. When placing an order, I NEVER have any idea how much the shipping cost is until I get the invoice a couple weeks later! Also, I have to call or mail a check for the shipping. Please get up to date, as this is archaic and frustrating!

GBI give them a 4.75 I chose McGraw Graphics because I know the artist whose work I ordered, and she said McGraw gives artists the most generous share of its sales. My experience was great! My giclée and print came in a timely manner. The only reason I didn't give it five stars (I'd like to give it 4.75 stars) was that the order form defaults to wholesale ordering, and so after I placed and finalized my order, they canceled it and I had to redo the whole thing. Otherwise, my experience was awesome!

GBI appreciate the quick delivery I appreciate the quick delivery. However, you should allow the ink to fully dry before shipping the photo to the customer. I was excited to surprise my husband with the beautiful photo, but I could not frame it right away, because it smelled Terrible! I had to allow the unrolled photo to hang out by an open window for 2 days to get rid of the odor. Other than this, the photo is BEAUTIFUL!
