USI ordered a scarf off their website and… I ordered a scarf off their website and a month later had still not received it. Tried to reach out to customer service about it, never heard back from them.

USFight to return, still don't have my refund 3 months later I bought several headpieces to try for my upcoming wedding. It was a large order, totaling around $1500. I ended up keeping about $700 worth of the product. As others have mentioned, getting a return label was a headache and the person I chatted with tried to shame me for returning items as they were from a small business that would have to pay duties to get it back to them. As the website touts free returns, I fail to see how I have to justify my purchase. And again, I kept nearly $700! I finally was able to get a return label and was told the return would be processed when the items received their destination of NYC. This happened in October of 2023. I STILL have not received my money back, which is a large amount. Extremely shady I am having to fight for money back, had to fight to return something that had "free returns" advertised. I will NEVER use them again. I think they are shady, maybe understaffed, but shouldn't offer returns if they don't have the infrastructure to handle it.

USMaisonOrient.com has been a great… MaisonOrient.com has been a great company to deal with. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they respond to queries quickly. There products are almost good quality and the prices are quite reasonable. My overall experince with them was pretty ordinary. I'm glad I chose them and would recommend them to others. there only one minor down side was that thier website is a litle confusing to naviagate - but I'm sure once you get used to it, it's not a problem. All and all, it's been a pleasant shopping experince.

USCompany is a SCAM update (10/17/2023): the company reached out to me 1 month ago to confirm if I returned my item, after a quick interaction they were able to provide me a return label (finally). I was thinking I would be able to update my review to positive but now my return has been received and signed for by their returns center for 3 weeks, and I have sent 3 emails to them trying to get a refund since I have no product anymore, but no response. All what they did was run out the 90 days I had to dispute this charge through my card. Never purchase anything from this company because you’ll be out money and have no product that you paid for. Also, this “credit” they mentioned in their response to my review was a lie - I never received anything and would also never purchase from them again. In the process of making a video with all my proof for social media to beware other potential customers. returns have to be received by their warehouse within 14 days of delivery. I’ve reached out twice to return an item and they just don’t respond. Seems like a shady company trying to run out the clock so they don’t need to accept my return so I’ll be handling this through my credit card now. Disappointed.

AUBuyer Beware I've recently purchased a dress from your collection, and while it closely resembles the online images, the fit is quite problematic. The dress sits far too low, nearly below my bra line, making it unwearable. Considering I spent $1700 AUD on this piece with the intention of wearing it to my sister's wedding, my disappointment is immense. I've reached out five times for a return and yet to receive a response. I've also noticed several negative reviews which add to my concern. I sincerely hope the Maison Orient team can address this urgently. Order number: #2728 Adding to my previous review dated October 17th - I did manage to return the item, but I have not received a refund. The situation is quite perplexing. Would love to hear back from there team...
