Zero communication about timing ... There was no communication about timing of shipment. Something I ordered in November was not delivered for over 6 weeks. Email communications asking for timing were ignored. The product seems fine, but I would not count on getting anything from this company in any sort of expected timeline. It is extremely unlikely I will ever order from them again.

Bad service Did not receive my order until two months after. Communication was really bad! If you cannot ship on time for whatever reasons you should communicate that to your customers! Had to chase up my order on various social channels whilst not receiving a reply!

Buyer Beware I've recently purchased a dress from your collection, and while it closely resembles the online images, the fit is quite problematic. The dress sits far too low, nearly below my bra line, making it unwearable. Considering I spent $1700 AUD on this piece with the intention of wearing it to my sister's wedding, my disappointment is immense. I've reached out five times for a return and yet to receive a response. I've also noticed several negative reviews which add to my concern. I sincerely hope the Maison Orient team can address this urgently. MaisonOrient.com has been a great… MaisonOrient.com has been a great company to deal with. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they respond to queries quickly. There products are almost good quality and the prices are quite reasonable. My overall experince with them was pretty ordinary. I'm glad I chose them and would recommend them to others. there only one minor down side was that thier website is a litle confusing to naviagate - but I'm sure once you get used to it, it's not a problem. All and all, it's been a pleasant shopping experince.
