GBBad service Did not receive my order until two months after. Communication was really bad! If you cannot ship on time for whatever reasons you should communicate that to your customers! Had to chase up my order on various social channels whilst not receiving a reply!

GBUnable to reach customer service and return item. I bought a dress and an accessory online almost two weeks ago. I have yet to receive the accessory. I received the dress and want to return it. Five days ago, I emailed info at maisonorient dot com per their website return policy and no response yet. I called the customer service phone number listed on their website multiple times (1.646.592.7302) and each time I get a message that says the number cannot receive calls. Beware of this business, they seem to make it impossible to return items despite what their return policy states on their website. False and misleading. Follow up: Maison Orient responded after I posted this review and emailed me a return label. Appreciated their response so changing review from 1 to 3 stars. However unfortunately it still took posting this review for them to respond.

GBFight to return, still don't have my refund 3 months later I bought several headpieces to try for my upcoming wedding. It was a large order, totaling around $1500. I ended up keeping about $700 worth of the product. As others have mentioned, getting a return label was a headache and the person I chatted with tried to shame me for returning items as they were from a small business that would have to pay duties to get it back to them. As the website touts free returns, I fail to see how I have to justify my purchase. And again, I kept nearly $700! I finally was able to get a return label and was told the return would be processed when the items received their destination of NYC. This happened in October of 2023. I STILL have not received my money back, which is a large amount. Extremely shady I am having to fight for money back, had to fight to return something that had "free returns" advertised. I will NEVER use them again. I think they are shady, maybe understaffed, but shouldn't offer returns if they don't have the infrastructure to handle it.

GBHave experienced Maison Orient recently… Have experienced Maison Orient recently and thaugh it was alright. Prices are average, products are match for their price. Nothing really wow-ing. The colllection is pretty standard, hardly anything new. Don’t you think the website looks outdated thoug?I don’t feel like the selecton is good enough, could have been much better.They had what I needed and service was pritty good however. Notch above avergae. Cant say the same for delivery, was very average. No particular issues but also no effort to make it a positive experience.All in all I woudn’t say deffinetly not bad, but unforchunately almost good.
