Buyer Beware I've recently purchased a dress from your collection, and while it closely resembles the online images, the fit is quite problematic. The dress sits far too low, nearly below my bra line, making it unwearable. Considering I spent $1700 AUD on this piece with the intention of wearing it to my sister's wedding, my disappointment is immense. I've reached out five times for a return and yet to receive a response. I've also noticed several negative reviews which add to my concern. I sincerely hope the Maison Orient team can address this urgently. Zero communication about timing ... There was no communication about timing of shipment. Something I ordered in November was not delivered for over 6 weeks. Email communications asking for timing were ignored. The product seems fine, but I would not count on getting anything from this company in any sort of expected timeline. It is extremely unlikely I will ever order from them again.

Overall good concept, but very poorly managed! I was excited to see a platform for designers to display unique styles and designs. But management of the platform is not up to the mark 1. The delivery time does not show on the website, so I cannot use it for buying gifts that are time sensitive. I bought 2 bags. one delivered in a week and the other took 3 weeks. 2. Communication is super slow- Takes almost weeks to get a response. 3. Refund process- Its a month now and still waiting on my refund for a returned bag.

No less than expected. The item I received was true to its picture and description. It is always what I anticipate that will happen but not always the case. It was a gift for my daughter that was well received.
