GBHave experienced Maison Orient recently… Have experienced Maison Orient recently and thaugh it was alright. Prices are average, products are match for their price. Nothing really wow-ing. The colllection is pretty standard, hardly anything new. Don’t you think the website looks outdated thoug?I don’t feel like the selecton is good enough, could have been much better.They had what I needed and service was pritty good however. Notch above avergae. Cant say the same for delivery, was very average. No particular issues but also no effort to make it a positive experience.All in all I woudn’t say deffinetly not bad, but unforchunately almost good.

GBI am obsessed with this site! I am obsessed with this site! Everything I purchased so far is amazing. Not to mention customer service; they have been really terrific handling everything. The quality of the products I got is far beyond what I expected. Getting a ton of new things soon.

GBZero communication about timing ... There was no communication about timing of shipment. Something I ordered in November was not delivered for over 6 weeks. Email communications asking for timing were ignored. The product seems fine, but I would not count on getting anything from this company in any sort of expected timeline. It is extremely unlikely I will ever order from them again.

AUBuyer Beware I've recently purchased a dress from your collection, and while it closely resembles the online images, the fit is quite problematic. The dress sits far too low, nearly below my bra line, making it unwearable. Considering I spent $1700 AUD on this piece with the intention of wearing it to my sister's wedding, my disappointment is immense. I've reached out five times for a return and yet to receive a response. I've also noticed several negative reviews which add to my concern. I sincerely hope the Maison Orient team can address this urgently. Order number: #2728 Adding to my previous review dated October 17th - I did manage to return the item, but I have not received a refund. The situation is quite perplexing. Would love to hear back from there team...

GBI love my earrings I love my earrings. I messaged and said I needed them for a specific occasion and they messaged me told me when they shipped and when I would get them. Great customer service. The earrings came is a wonderful box. My whole experience was so easy. Im very excited to have found Maison Orient.
