Its first time I order from your shop… Its first time I order from your shop and itd also last time , I ordered at 5 of may still my order not arrive and I contact alot no body answer me and tell me about my order .. i feel so bad of your dealing

I ordered a scarf off their website and… I ordered a scarf off their website and a month later had still not received it. Tried to reach out to customer service about it, never heard back from them.

Fight to return, still don't have my refund 3 months later I bought several headpieces to try for my upcoming wedding. It was a large order, totaling around $1500. I ended up keeping about $700 worth of the product. As others have mentioned, getting a return label was a headache and the person I chatted with tried to shame me for returning items as they were from a small business that would have to pay duties to get it back to them. As the website touts free returns, I fail to see how I have to justify my purchase. And again, I kept nearly $700! I finally was able to get a return label and was told the return would be processed when the items received their destination of NYC. This happened in October of 2023. I STILL have not received my money back, which is a large amount. Extremely shady I am having to fight for money back, had to fight to return something that had "free returns" advertised. I will NEVER use them again. I think they are shady, maybe understaffed, but shouldn't offer returns if they don't have the infrastructure to handle it.

Zero communication about timing ... There was no communication about timing of shipment. Something I ordered in November was not delivered for over 6 weeks. Email communications asking for timing were ignored. The product seems fine, but I would not count on getting anything from this company in any sort of expected timeline. It is extremely unlikely I will ever order from them again.
