There products are almost good quality and the prices are quite reasonable. My overall experince with them was pretty ordinary. I'm glad I chose them and would recommend them to others. there only one minor down side was that thier website is a litle confusing to naviagate - but I'm sure once you get used to it, it's not a problem. All and all, it's been a pleasant shopping experince.

I love my earrings I love my earrings. I messaged and said I needed them for a specific occasion and they messaged me told me when they shipped and when I would get them. Great customer service. The earrings came is a wonderful box. My whole experience was so easy. Im very excited to have found Maison Orient.

Bad service Did not receive my order until two months after. Communication was really bad! If you cannot ship on time for whatever reasons you should communicate that to your customers! Had to chase up my order on various social channels whilst not receiving a reply!

Buyer Beware I've recently purchased a dress from your collection, and while it closely resembles the online images, the fit is quite problematic. The dress sits far too low, nearly below my bra line, making it unwearable. Considering I spent $1700 AUD on this piece with the intention of wearing it to my sister's wedding, my disappointment is immense. I've reached out five times for a return and yet to receive a response. I've also noticed several negative reviews which add to my concern. I sincerely hope the Maison Orient team can address this urgently. Order number: #2728 Adding to my previous review dated October 17th - I did manage to return the item, but I have not received a refund. The situation is quite perplexing. Fight to return, still don't have my refund 3 months later I bought several headpieces to try for my upcoming wedding. It was a large order, totaling around $1500. I ended up keeping about $700 worth of the product. As others have mentioned, getting a return label was a headache and the person I chatted with tried to shame me for returning items as they were from a small business that would have to pay duties to get it back to them. As the website touts free returns, I fail to see how I have to justify my purchase. And again, I kept nearly $700! I finally was able to get a return label and was told the return would be processed when the items received their destination of NYC. This happened in October of 2023. I STILL have not received my money back, which is a large amount. Extremely shady I am having to fight for money back, had to fight to return something that had "free returns" advertised. I will NEVER use them again. I think they are shady, maybe understaffed, but shouldn't offer returns if they don't have the infrastructure to handle it.
