I sent an email and haven’t gotten a response and since then one of the rings has turned black after I went swimming lmao overall pretty disappointing I was hoping just to get the original ring I wanted but now I’m really hoping for a refund but it’s not looking good since I can’t get an email back :))))

Bad service Did not receive my order until two months after. Communication was really bad! If you cannot ship on time for whatever reasons you should communicate that to your customers! Had to chase up my order on various social channels whilst not receiving a reply!

Buyer Beware I've recently purchased a dress from your collection, and while it closely resembles the online images, the fit is quite problematic. The dress sits far too low, nearly below my bra line, making it unwearable. Considering I spent $1700 AUD on this piece with the intention of wearing it to my sister's wedding, my disappointment is immense. I've reached out five times for a return and yet to receive a response. I've also noticed several negative reviews which add to my concern.
