Overall good concept, but very poorly managed! I was excited to see a platform for designers to display unique styles and designs. But management of the platform is not up to the mark 1. The delivery time does not show on the website, so I cannot use it for buying gifts that are time sensitive. I bought 2 bags. one delivered in a week and the other took 3 weeks. 2. Communication is super slow- Takes almost weeks to get a response. 3. Refund process- Its a month now and still waiting on my refund for a returned bag.

Fight to return, still don't have my refund 3 months later I bought several headpieces to try for my upcoming wedding. It was a large order, totaling around $1500. I ended up keeping about $700 worth of the product. As others have mentioned, getting a return label was a headache and the person I chatted with tried to shame me for returning items as they were from a small business that would have to pay duties to get it back to them. As the website touts free returns, I fail to see how I have to justify my purchase. And again, I kept nearly $700! I finally was able to get a return label and was told the return would be processed when the items received their destination of NYC. This happened in October of 2023. I STILL have not received my money back, which is a large amount. Extremely shady I am having to fight for money back, had to fight to return something that had "free returns" advertised. I will NEVER use them again. I think they are shady, maybe understaffed, but shouldn't offer returns if they don't have the infrastructure to handle it.

I am obsessed with this site! I am obsessed with this site! Everything I purchased so far is amazing. Not to mention customer service; they have been really terrific handling everything. The quality of the products I got is far beyond what I expected. Getting a ton of new things soon.

Buyer Beware I've recently purchased a dress from your collection, and while it closely resembles the online images, the fit is quite problematic. The dress sits far too low, nearly below my bra line, making it unwearable. Considering I spent $1700 AUD on this piece with the intention of wearing it to my sister's wedding, my disappointment is immense. I've reached out five times for a return and yet to receive a response. I've also noticed several negative reviews which add to my concern. I sincerely hope the Maison Orient team can address this urgently. Bad service Did not receive my order until two months after. Communication was really bad! If you cannot ship on time for whatever reasons you should communicate that to your customers! Had to chase up my order on various social channels whilst not receiving a reply!
