GBZero communication about timing ... There was no communication about timing of shipment. Something I ordered in November was not delivered for over 6 weeks. Email communications asking for timing were ignored. The product seems fine, but I would not count on getting anything from this company in any sort of expected timeline. It is extremely unlikely I will ever order from them again.

GBNo less than expected. The item I received was true to its picture and description. It is always what I anticipate that will happen but not always the case. It was a gift for my daughter that was well received.

QAIts first time I order from your shop… Its first time I order from your shop and itd also last time , I ordered at 5 of may still my order not arrive and I contact alot no body answer me and tell me about my order .. i feel so bad of your dealing

GBBad service Did not receive my order until two months after. Communication was really bad! If you cannot ship on time for whatever reasons you should communicate that to your customers! Had to chase up my order on various social channels whilst not receiving a reply!
