Fight to return, still don't have my refund 3 months later I bought several headpieces to try for my upcoming wedding. It was a large order, totaling around $1500. I ended up keeping about $700 worth of the product. As others have mentioned, getting a return label was a headache and the person I chatted with tried to shame me for returning items as they were from a small business that would have to pay duties to get it back to them. As the website touts free returns, I fail to see how I have to justify my purchase. And again, I kept nearly $700! I finally was able to get a return label and was told the return would be processed when the items received their destination of NYC. This happened in October of 2023. I STILL have not received my money back, which is a large amount. Extremely shady I am having to fight for money back, had to fight to return something that had "free returns" advertised. I will NEVER use them again. I think they are shady, maybe understaffed, but shouldn't offer returns if they don't have the infrastructure to handle it.

MaisonOrient.com has been a great… MaisonOrient.com has been a great company to deal with. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they respond to queries quickly. There products are almost good quality and the prices are quite reasonable. My overall experince with them was pretty ordinary. I'm glad I chose them and would recommend them to others. there only one minor down side was that thier website is a litle confusing to naviagate - but I'm sure once you get used to it, it's not a problem. All and all, it's been a pleasant shopping experince.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! I needed help with a sold-out product and they immediately did restock it. Also, shipping was fast -considering they shipped it to the US. I would definitely buy from here in the future and highly recommend the website.

Zero communication about timing ... There was no communication about timing of shipment. Something I ordered in November was not delivered for over 6 weeks. Email communications asking for timing were ignored. The product seems fine, but I would not count on getting anything from this company in any sort of expected timeline. It is extremely unlikely I will ever order from them again.

Just hoping for an email back Within receiving my 3 rings, I noticed one was wrong. I sent an email and haven’t gotten a response and since then one of the rings has turned black after I went swimming lmao overall pretty disappointing I was hoping just to get the original ring I wanted but now I’m really hoping for a refund but it’s not looking good since I can’t get an email back :))))
