I love my earrings I love my earrings. I messaged and said I needed them for a specific occasion and they messaged me told me when they shipped and when I would get them. Great customer service. The earrings came is a wonderful box. My whole experience was so easy. Im very excited to have found Maison Orient.

Unable to reach customer service and return item. I bought a dress and an accessory online almost two weeks ago. I have yet to receive the accessory. I received the dress and want to return it. Five days ago, I emailed info at maisonorient dot com per their website return policy and no response yet. I called the customer service phone number listed on their website multiple times (1.646.592.7302) and each time I get a message that says the number cannot receive calls. Beware of this business, they seem to make it impossible to return items despite what their return policy states on their website. False and misleading. Follow up: Maison Orient responded after I posted this review and emailed me a return label. Appreciated their response so changing review from 1 to 3 stars. However unfortunately it still took posting this review for them to respond.

Bad service Did not receive my order until two months after. Communication was really bad! If you cannot ship on time for whatever reasons you should communicate that to your customers! Had to chase up my order on various social channels whilst not receiving a reply!
