No less than expected. The item I received was true to its picture and description. It is always what I anticipate that will happen but not always the case. It was a gift for my daughter that was well received.

Just hoping for an email back Within receiving my 3 rings, I noticed one was wrong. I sent an email and haven’t gotten a response and since then one of the rings has turned black after I went swimming lmao overall pretty disappointing I was hoping just to get the original ring I wanted but now I’m really hoping for a refund but it’s not looking good since I can’t get an email back :))))

Buyer Beware I've recently purchased a dress from your collection, and while it closely resembles the online images, the fit is quite problematic. The dress sits far too low, nearly below my bra line, making it unwearable. Considering I spent $1700 AUD on this piece with the intention of wearing it to my sister's wedding, my disappointment is immense. I've reached out five times for a return and yet to receive a response. I've also noticed several negative reviews which add to my concern. I sincerely hope the Maison Orient team can address this urgently. Overall good concept, but very poorly managed! I was excited to see a platform for designers to display unique styles and designs. But management of the platform is not up to the mark 1. The delivery time does not show on the website, so I cannot use it for buying gifts that are time sensitive. I bought 2 bags. one delivered in a week and the other took 3 weeks. 2. Communication is super slow- Takes almost weeks to get a response. 3. Refund process- Its a month now and still waiting on my refund for a returned bag.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! I needed help with a sold-out product and they immediately did restock it. Also, shipping was fast -considering they shipped it to the US. I would definitely buy from here in the future and highly recommend the website.
