GBJust hoping for an email back Within receiving my 3 rings, I noticed one was wrong. I sent an email and haven’t gotten a response and since then one of the rings has turned black after I went swimming lmao overall pretty disappointing I was hoping just to get the original ring I wanted but now I’m really hoping for a refund but it’s not looking good since I can’t get an email back :))))

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service! I needed help with a sold-out product and they immediately did restock it. Also, shipping was fast -considering they shipped it to the US. I would definitely buy from here in the future and highly recommend the website.

AEOverall good concept, but very poorly managed! I was excited to see a platform for designers to display unique styles and designs. But management of the platform is not up to the mark 1. The delivery time does not show on the website, so I cannot use it for buying gifts that are time sensitive. I bought 2 bags. one delivered in a week and the other took 3 weeks. 2. Communication is super slow- Takes almost weeks to get a response. 3. Refund process- Its a month now and still waiting on my refund for a returned bag.

GBZero communication about timing ... There was no communication about timing of shipment. Something I ordered in November was not delivered for over 6 weeks. Email communications asking for timing were ignored. The product seems fine, but I would not count on getting anything from this company in any sort of expected timeline. It is extremely unlikely I will ever order from them again.

GBFight to return, still don't have my refund 3 months later I bought several headpieces to try for my upcoming wedding. It was a large order, totaling around $1500. I ended up keeping about $700 worth of the product. As others have mentioned, getting a return label was a headache and the person I chatted with tried to shame me for returning items as they were from a small business that would have to pay duties to get it back to them. As the website touts free returns, I fail to see how I have to justify my purchase. And again, I kept nearly $700! I finally was able to get a return label and was told the return would be processed when the items received their destination of NYC. This happened in October of 2023. I STILL have not received my money back, which is a large amount. Extremely shady I am having to fight for money back, had to fight to return something that had "free returns" advertised. I will NEVER use them again. I think they are shady, maybe understaffed, but shouldn't offer returns if they don't have the infrastructure to handle it.
