Replacement and 15% off for next order due to not delivered product Although My parcel stuck in between couriers/freight companies with unknown 4PX and Yodel with two tracking numbers-no one knew where was my toner cartridges, I got replacement and 15% off for next purchase. That's why I decided to update my review.

Appalling Customer Service Ordered a large quantity of labels on 5th Jan (Stock item) - as of 26th Jan I have still not received the goods. Emailed the seller only to receive a reply stating that they cannot control their contracted carrier and are unable to provide tracking details. Basically tough luck!!! Given the appalling customer service - my advice to others would be avoid ordering from Printsaver

DO NOT TRUST This was my third order with printing saver. First order was ok Second order they missed out 1 item and Third order they missed out 2 items. They don't include delivery notes or VAT invoices (which I need for my business) despite request and now 4 days later I am waiting for a reply from my email. Cant find a phone number for them anywhere.
