Delivery should have been on 22nd… Delivery should have been on 22nd October and is now 3 November and not had a response from the site or DHL who are supposed to be delivering. Following on from printsavers reply, to me I complained, they then stated the product would be sent out next day. It didn't arrive and 3 days later they told me there was an issue and the gave me a refund. But two weeks later I ended up buying from elsewhere for a similar price.

Disappearing discount "offers" The website appeared to be offering a discount when entering a code which it said would be applied automatically at the checkout. This was not in evidence and when I tried to enter the code required all I got was an error message saying that it was an invalid code so I ended up paying the stated price for the ink. I think this happened to me on a previous order too.

The reason for this rating is not to do… The reason for this rating is not to do with the Printer model GP-1324D that is perfectly ok. However, many of us have slim laptops with no CD/DVD drives, the printers user manual was on a CD that came with the printer. I wrote to the company explaining, but all they had was a sheet with some details not the actual manual. So I decided to buy a CD driver! This was to ensure I could set up the printer correctly and guess what, it had many user manuals on it but not on the one I purchased. I did eventually find the correct manual online and YouTube after spending out on an external driver. Lesson learnt, anything can be found online.
