Terrible Customer Service - and don't waste your money Terrible Customer Service - not only can you buy the $20 Falscara set from Kiss for the same effect (and actually with Kiss Overnight their lashes stayed on longer for me) but Lashify will not refund your money. Their words: "because you purchased the Control Kit during one of our sales, this order only qualifies for store credit. Kindly, Ana" Please note I paid $116! And if I don't like the product why would I want store credit?

Site is buggy and can't complete order I'm having LOTS of trouble with the website. The "free shipping on every order" that "never expires" that I'm supposed to have on "every order" with my X Membership won't apply to my cart with the button and the code that's listed "FREESTDX" is coming up as "invalid code." I tried to get help via the site's chat, but it disappeared when I went to grab a screenshot from another page on the Lashify site and now I can't get the chat to open at all...

Love Lashify! I have been using Lashify for 2+ years now. I am not good at makeup and have never been able to successfully apply a strip lash before, but I can use Lashify, and I love it! It takes some time and patience to figure out placement and the appropriate amount of bond, but it’s an amazing system. Most orders are delivered without a hitch, and the company has quickly resolved any issues I’ve experienced. I’ve placed 3 orders in the past 2 months and gotten everything I ordered quickly and without issue.

The owner is so incredibly rude The owner is so incredibly rude. Calls customers and people that inquire about the product “losers” “nobody’s that don’t do anything with their lives” when the ask simple questions. Absolutely will never buy from this company. Get some customer service and humanity training before you want to act so high and mighty.

Owner is a complete disgrace Owner is a complete disgrace! Turned me off how she is rude to customers on Lashify private page and thinks she can get away with it just because she is CEO of the company. She basically encourages bullying! Better products that isn't way overpriced elsewhere! She claims that people stole the idea off her because she thinks she's some sort of genius. Absolute nonsense! It was around before her but she just had better marketing which is the only good praise I can give her. Her products & her disgusting attitude towards her customers aren't worth the cost and nothing to brag about. Don't waste your time & money!
