GBCustomer for life I have been a Lashify customer for just about one year now. It has changed my life. The people who say they can’t achieve longevity are simply not trying the right methods. The help is there if needed and Lashify truly strives to make their customers happy. They have rules in place for a reason and too bad if they’re not going to be taken advantage of! I love this brand so much that I traveled from the east coast all the way to the new store on Melrose place in Cali. The employees were the most welcoming and kind people you’ll ever meet. I felt like family. They were easy to talk to and took such great care of me. I don’t know what it is about something so simple like eyelashes. But it makes a huge difference in my confidence and I will absolutely be a customer for life.

GBworst platform I have ever seen While I love the concept and the lash quality, the poor website makes me want to switch to another company. I have never witnessed a company be completely unable to create a user friendly site for a phone or app. For over 1.5 years there seems to be major bugs from the website just not loading, being unable to change the subscriptions to being unable to change address. I do not understand why a company of this caliber cannot figure out how to maintain a proper website. It looks like many other people have this same issue. If you dont feel like spending 30 minutes every time you try to alter your subscription box, I recommend choosing a different lash company.

GBLove Lashify! I have been using Lashify for 2+ years now. I am not good at makeup and have never been able to successfully apply a strip lash before, but I can use Lashify, and I love it! It takes some time and patience to figure out placement and the appropriate amount of bond, but it’s an amazing system. Most orders are delivered without a hitch, and the company has quickly resolved any issues I’ve experienced. I’ve placed 3 orders in the past 2 months and gotten everything I ordered quickly and without issue.

GBTerrible Customer Service - and don't waste your money Terrible Customer Service - not only can you buy the $20 Falscara set from Kiss for the same effect (and actually with Kiss Overnight their lashes stayed on longer for me) but Lashify will not refund your money. Their words: "because you purchased the Control Kit during one of our sales, this order only qualifies for store credit. Kindly, Ana" Please note I paid $116! And if I don't like the product why would I want store credit?

GBCompany going downhill.. does not care about UK customers I used to love Lashify until the CEO Sahara Lottie went on a rant about how ungrateful her UK customers were, telling us to take our business elsewhere! Rather than listening to her UK customers concerns, which were about a lack of communication and transparency, she just decided that we were not worth the stress! Honestly, avoid this company at all costs. If you want a UK equivalent try lovonlash!
