Owner is a complete disgrace Owner is a complete disgrace! Turned me off how she is rude to customers on Lashify private page and thinks she can get away with it just because she is CEO of the company. She basically encourages bullying! Better products that isn't way overpriced elsewhere! She claims that people stole the idea off her because she thinks she's some sort of genius. Absolute nonsense! It was around before her but she just had better marketing which is the only good praise I can give her. Her products & her disgusting attitude towards her customers aren't worth the cost and nothing to brag about. Don't waste your time & money!

worst platform I have ever seen While I love the concept and the lash quality, the poor website makes me want to switch to another company. I have never witnessed a company be completely unable to create a user friendly site for a phone or app. For over 1.5 years there seems to be major bugs from the website just not loading, being unable to change the subscriptions to being unable to change address. I do not understand why a company of this caliber cannot figure out how to maintain a proper website. It looks like many other people have this same issue. If you dont feel like spending 30 minutes every time you try to alter your subscription box, I recommend choosing a different lash company.

Quality and ownership My biggest issue with the company is the owner . The way she treats people is so rude, extremely unprofessional. If you in there fb group and say your honest opinion and how you feel, you got throwing out of the group ! She is sewing a lot of other companies who also sell this type of lashes ! I tried lashify for a few month till I found a another amazing company and switched . Lashify lashes feel a little stiff and unnatural. There glue doesn’t last more than one day without reapplying or fixing corners . Stay away from this company , safe your money and go with a different company!

Sahara Lotti is a GENIUS. Lashify is revolutionary!! Sahara Lotti the creator of this brand is honestly a modern day genius. This product speaks for itself and the customer support is always on point. The entire Lashify team is clearly passionate about the product and you can tell with the quality! So sad that there are dozens of knock-off copycat companies infringing on Lashify's IPs and trying to steal from a FEMALE owned and operated company! They have so many trolls working for copycats trying to submit fake reviews to discredit Lashify's incredible product. Ask anyone who's actually used Lashify's product versus a knock-off and it's obvious that there is simply no comparison for the real thing. Thank you Lashify for changing the game!!

Company going downhill.. does not care about UK customers I used to love Lashify until the CEO Sahara Lottie went on a rant about how ungrateful her UK customers were, telling us to take our business elsewhere! Rather than listening to her UK customers concerns, which were about a lack of communication and transparency, she just decided that we were not worth the stress! Honestly, avoid this company at all costs. If you want a UK equivalent try lovonlash!
