Customer service was terrible from… Customer service was terrible from “Sophia”. I payed over 200 for lashes that I never received. FedEx and Lashify both say different things that don’t add up. The sarcastic tone when I was seeking help was so unprofessional. I guess it all comes down from the top as the CEO is nothing but RUDE in her live videos. Learn some customer service skills lady and stop acting like you are god.

Fabulous, just fabulous Fabulous. I am certain that anyone that left negative reviews either didn't review their return policy OR tried it once and didn't give it another shot. It took me a few tries to get application down but I had patience and now I wear them for 7 days! I will continue to purchase from this company 100%!!!! Their customer service team is reasonable and so helpful. There is a ton of great videos on their website if you need help applying as well.

This product speaks for itself and the customer support is always on point. The entire Lashify team is clearly passionate about the product and you can tell with the quality! So sad that there are dozens of knock-off copycat companies infringing on Lashify's IPs and trying to steal from a FEMALE owned and operated company! They have so many trolls working for copycats trying to submit fake reviews to discredit Lashify's incredible product. Customer for life I have been a Lashify customer for just about one year now. It has changed my life. The people who say they can’t achieve longevity are simply not trying the right methods. The help is there if needed and Lashify truly strives to make their customers happy. They have rules in place for a reason and too bad if they’re not going to be taken advantage of! I love this brand so much that I traveled from the east coast all the way to the new store on Melrose place in Cali. The employees were the most welcoming and kind people you’ll ever meet. I felt like family. They were easy to talk to and took such great care of me. I don’t know what it is about something so simple like eyelashes.
