Calls customers and people that inquire about the product “losers” “nobody’s that don’t do anything with their lives” when the ask simple questions. Absolutely will never buy from this company. Get some customer service and humanity training before you want to act so high and mighty.

Top notch product, company and experience This company is fantastic. The entire experience is top notch from the lashes and bonds to the concierge. The quality of the lashes vary depending on type. The community of people are supportive. I’m proud to purchase a unique product from a strong female founder. Fabulous, just fabulous Fabulous. I am certain that anyone that left negative reviews either didn't review their return policy OR tried it once and didn't give it another shot. It took me a few tries to get application down but I had patience and now I wear them for 7 days! I will continue to purchase from this company 100%!!!! Their customer service team is reasonable and so helpful. There is a ton of great videos on their website if you need help applying as well.

Love Lashify! I have been using Lashify for 2+ years now. I am not good at makeup and have never been able to successfully apply a strip lash before, but I can use Lashify, and I love it! It takes some time and patience to figure out placement and the appropriate amount of bond, but it’s an amazing system. Most orders are delivered without a hitch, and the company has quickly resolved any issues I’ve experienced. I’ve placed 3 orders in the past 2 months and gotten everything I ordered quickly and without issue.
