GBTop notch product, company and experience This company is fantastic. The entire experience is top notch from the lashes and bonds to the concierge. The quality of the lashes vary depending on type. The community of people are supportive. I’m proud to purchase a unique product from a strong female founder. The membership and subscriptions help lower the cost for customers that are brand advocates. You get what you pay for. I hope the company succeeds. It’s a fabulous product.

GBCompany going downhill.. does not care about UK customers I used to love Lashify until the CEO Sahara Lottie went on a rant about how ungrateful her UK customers were, telling us to take our business elsewhere! Rather than listening to her UK customers concerns, which were about a lack of communication and transparency, she just decided that we were not worth the stress! Honestly, avoid this company at all costs. If you want a UK equivalent try lovonlash! ITLove love love Love love love. Stopped getting lash extensions. So much faster, easier and healthier for my lashes. However at the beginning it took me a few attempts to get it right which is off putting due to the cost of lashes. But absolutely worth it.

GBSite is buggy and can't complete order I'm having LOTS of trouble with the website. The "free shipping on every order" that "never expires" that I'm supposed to have on "every order" with my X Membership won't apply to my cart with the button and the code that's listed "FREESTDX" is coming up as "invalid code." I tried to get help via the site's chat, but it disappeared when I went to grab a screenshot from another page on the Lashify site and now I can't get the chat to open at all...

GBWould not recommend Would not recommend. I received an email promoting a 50% discount on all items in the shop. I tried the code over 17 times, and the code would not work. I was making the purchase before the code was to expire, however, no one was in customer service, because it was later in the evening. I reached out to their customer service hotline, and they insisted that the WOULD NOT honor the code. I could understand if I never reached out, or attempted to purchase, when the code was not valid. But I reached out at the time I was having issues, while the code was still valid. Customer service sounded very condescending, and rude. I would strongly recommend not to do business with them. Especially reading the rest of the reviews on this site
