GBCustomer service was terrible from… Customer service was terrible from “Sophia”. I payed over 200 for lashes that I never received. FedEx and Lashify both say different things that don’t add up. The sarcastic tone when I was seeking help was so unprofessional. I guess it all comes down from the top as the CEO is nothing but RUDE in her live videos. Learn some customer service skills lady and stop acting like you are god.

GBTop notch product, company and experience This company is fantastic. The entire experience is top notch from the lashes and bonds to the concierge. The quality of the lashes vary depending on type. The community of people are supportive. I’m proud to purchase a unique product from a strong female founder. The membership and subscriptions help lower the cost for customers that are brand advocates. You get what you pay for. I hope the company succeeds. It’s a fabulous product.

AUOwner is a complete disgrace Owner is a complete disgrace! Turned me off how she is rude to customers on Lashify private page and thinks she can get away with it just because she is CEO of the company. She basically encourages bullying! Better products that isn't way overpriced elsewhere! She claims that people stole the idea off her because she thinks she's some sort of genius. Absolute nonsense! It was around before her but she just had better marketing which is the only good praise I can give her. Her products & her disgusting attitude towards her customers aren't worth the cost and nothing to brag about. Don't waste your time & money!

GBFabulous, just fabulous Fabulous. I am certain that anyone that left negative reviews either didn't review their return policy OR tried it once and didn't give it another shot. It took me a few tries to get application down but I had patience and now I wear them for 7 days! I will continue to purchase from this company 100%!!!! Their customer service team is reasonable and so helpful. There is a ton of great videos on their website if you need help applying as well.
