GBPurchased BONDAGE® EXTRA STRENGTH BOND… Purchased BONDAGE® EXTRA STRENGTH BOND WITH CHARCOFLEX® Had a reaction to the glue where my eyelid is swollen and feels very sore. The company don’t care and say reactions are uncommon. I’ve never had a reaction to any other lash glue, waste of money.

GBworst platform I have ever seen While I love the concept and the lash quality, the poor website makes me want to switch to another company. I have never witnessed a company be completely unable to create a user friendly site for a phone or app. For over 1.5 years there seems to be major bugs from the website just not loading, being unable to change the subscriptions to being unable to change address. I do not understand why a company of this caliber cannot figure out how to maintain a proper website. It looks like many other people have this same issue. If you dont feel like spending 30 minutes every time you try to alter your subscription box, I recommend choosing a different lash company.

GBSite is buggy and can't complete order I'm having LOTS of trouble with the website. The "free shipping on every order" that "never expires" that I'm supposed to have on "every order" with my X Membership won't apply to my cart with the button and the code that's listed "FREESTDX" is coming up as "invalid code." I tried to get help via the site's chat, but it disappeared when I went to grab a screenshot from another page on the Lashify site and now I can't get the chat to open at all...

GBI’ve been a Lashify fan for a couple of… I’ve been a Lashify fan for a couple of years now and I can only think that a lot of these negative reviews are either fake competitor reviews or folk with very little patience. I’ve had to customer service twice and both times they’ve gone way above and beyond with regards to the solution and the timescales. The product itself is absolutely top drawer, yes there are cheaper out there but ask yourself what do you deserve before putting inferior quality substances near your eyes!!

GBTerrible Customer Service - and don't waste your money Terrible Customer Service - not only can you buy the $20 Falscara set from Kiss for the same effect (and actually with Kiss Overnight their lashes stayed on longer for me) but Lashify will not refund your money. Their words: "because you purchased the Control Kit during one of our sales, this order only qualifies for store credit. Kindly, Ana" Please note I paid $116! And if I don't like the product why would I want store credit?
