Terrible Customer Service - and don't waste your money Terrible Customer Service - not only can you buy the $20 Falscara set from Kiss for the same effect (and actually with Kiss Overnight their lashes stayed on longer for me) but Lashify will not refund your money. Their words: "because you purchased the Control Kit during one of our sales, this order only qualifies for store credit. Kindly, Ana" Please note I paid $116! And if I don't like the product why would I want store credit?

Turned me off how she is rude to customers on Lashify private page and thinks she can get away with it just because she is CEO of the company. She basically encourages bullying! It was around before her but she just had better marketing which is the only good praise I can give her. Site is buggy and can't complete order I'm having LOTS of trouble with the website. The "free shipping on every order" that "never expires" that I'm supposed to have on "every order" with my X Membership won't apply to my cart with the button and the code that's listed "FREESTDX" is coming up as "invalid code." I tried to get help via the site's chat, but it disappeared when I went to grab a screenshot from another page on the Lashify site and now I can't get the chat to open at all...

Sahara Lotti is a GENIUS. Lashify is revolutionary!! Sahara Lotti the creator of this brand is honestly a modern day genius. This product speaks for itself and the customer support is always on point. The entire Lashify team is clearly passionate about the product and you can tell with the quality! So sad that there are dozens of knock-off copycat companies infringing on Lashify's IPs and trying to steal from a FEMALE owned and operated company! They have so many trolls working for copycats trying to submit fake reviews to discredit Lashify's incredible product. Ask anyone who's actually used Lashify's product versus a knock-off and it's obvious that there is simply no comparison for the real thing. Thank you Lashify for changing the game!!
