GBTerrible Customer Service - and don't waste your money Terrible Customer Service - not only can you buy the $20 Falscara set from Kiss for the same effect (and actually with Kiss Overnight their lashes stayed on longer for me) but Lashify will not refund your money. Their words: "because you purchased the Control Kit during one of our sales, this order only qualifies for store credit. Kindly, Ana" Please note I paid $116! And if I don't like the product why would I want store credit?

GBWould not recommend Would not recommend. I received an email promoting a 50% discount on all items in the shop. I tried the code over 17 times, and the code would not work. I was making the purchase before the code was to expire, however, no one was in customer service, because it was later in the evening. I reached out to their customer service hotline, and they insisted that the WOULD NOT honor the code. I could understand if I never reached out, or attempted to purchase, when the code was not valid. But I reached out at the time I was having issues, while the code was still valid. Customer service sounded very condescending, and rude. I would strongly recommend not to do business with them. Especially reading the rest of the reviews on this site

GBCustomer for life I have been a Lashify customer for just about one year now. It has changed my life. The people who say they can’t achieve longevity are simply not trying the right methods. The help is there if needed and Lashify truly strives to make their customers happy. They have rules in place for a reason and too bad if they’re not going to be taken advantage of! I love this brand so much that I traveled from the east coast all the way to the new store on Melrose place in Cali. The employees were the most welcoming and kind people you’ll ever meet. I felt like family. They were easy to talk to and took such great care of me. I don’t know what it is about something so simple like eyelashes. But it makes a huge difference in my confidence and I will absolutely be a customer for life.

GBQuality and ownership My biggest issue with the company is the owner . The way she treats people is so rude, extremely unprofessional. If you in there fb group and say your honest opinion and how you feel, you got throwing out of the group ! She is sewing a lot of other companies who also sell this type of lashes ! I tried lashify for a few month till I found a another amazing company and switched . Lashify lashes feel a little stiff and unnatural. There glue doesn’t last more than one day without reapplying or fixing corners . Stay away from this company , safe your money and go with a different company!

GBworst platform I have ever seen While I love the concept and the lash quality, the poor website makes me want to switch to another company. I have never witnessed a company be completely unable to create a user friendly site for a phone or app. For over 1.5 years there seems to be major bugs from the website just not loading, being unable to change the subscriptions to being unable to change address. I do not understand why a company of this caliber cannot figure out how to maintain a proper website. It looks like many other people have this same issue. If you dont feel like spending 30 minutes every time you try to alter your subscription box, I recommend choosing a different lash company.
