Turned me off how she is rude to customers on Lashify private page and thinks she can get away with it just because she is CEO of the company. She basically encourages bullying! Better products that isn't way overpriced elsewhere! She claims that people stole the idea off her because she thinks she's some sort of genius. Absolute nonsense! It was around before her but she just had better marketing which is the only good praise I can give her. Her products & her disgusting attitude towards her customers aren't worth the cost and nothing to brag about. Don't waste your time & money!

worst platform I have ever seen While I love the concept and the lash quality, the poor website makes me want to switch to another company. I have never witnessed a company be completely unable to create a user friendly site for a phone or app. For over 1.5 years there seems to be major bugs from the website just not loading, being unable to change the subscriptions to being unable to change address. I do not understand why a company of this caliber cannot figure out how to maintain a proper website. It looks like many other people have this same issue. If you dont feel like spending 30 minutes every time you try to alter your subscription box, I recommend choosing a different lash company.

Fabulous, just fabulous Fabulous. I am certain that anyone that left negative reviews either didn't review their return policy OR tried it once and didn't give it another shot. It took me a few tries to get application down but I had patience and now I wear them for 7 days! I will continue to purchase from this company 100%!!!! Their customer service team is reasonable and so helpful. There is a ton of great videos on their website if you need help applying as well.

Love Lashify! I have been using Lashify for 2+ years now. I am not good at makeup and have never been able to successfully apply a strip lash before, but I can use Lashify, and I love it! It takes some time and patience to figure out placement and the appropriate amount of bond, but it’s an amazing system. Most orders are delivered without a hitch, and the company has quickly resolved any issues I’ve experienced. I’ve placed 3 orders in the past 2 months and gotten everything I ordered quickly and without issue.

I’ve been a Lashify fan for a couple of… I’ve been a Lashify fan for a couple of years now and I can only think that a lot of these negative reviews are either fake competitor reviews or folk with very little patience. I’ve had to customer service twice and both times they’ve gone way above and beyond with regards to the solution and the timescales. The product itself is absolutely top drawer, yes there are cheaper out there but ask yourself what do you deserve before putting inferior quality substances near your eyes!!
