Purchased BONDAGE® EXTRA STRENGTH BOND… Purchased BONDAGE® EXTRA STRENGTH BOND WITH CHARCOFLEX® Had a reaction to the glue where my eyelid is swollen and feels very sore. The company don’t care and say reactions are uncommon. I’ve never had a reaction to any other lash glue, waste of money.

Customer service was terrible from… Customer service was terrible from “Sophia”. I payed over 200 for lashes that I never received. FedEx and Lashify both say different things that don’t add up. The sarcastic tone when I was seeking help was so unprofessional. I guess it all comes down from the top as the CEO is nothing but RUDE in her live videos. Learn some customer service skills lady and stop acting like you are god.

Terrible Customer Service - and don't waste your money Terrible Customer Service - not only can you buy the $20 Falscara set from Kiss for the same effect (and actually with Kiss Overnight their lashes stayed on longer for me) but Lashify will not refund your money. Their words: "because you purchased the Control Kit during one of our sales, this order only qualifies for store credit. Kindly, Ana" Please note I paid $116! And if I don't like the product why would I want store credit?

Sahara Lotti is a GENIUS. Lashify is revolutionary!! Sahara Lotti the creator of this brand is honestly a modern day genius. This product speaks for itself and the customer support is always on point. The entire Lashify team is clearly passionate about the product and you can tell with the quality! So sad that there are dozens of knock-off copycat companies infringing on Lashify's IPs and trying to steal from a FEMALE owned and operated company! They have so many trolls working for copycats trying to submit fake reviews to discredit Lashify's incredible product. Ask anyone who's actually used Lashify's product versus a knock-off and it's obvious that there is simply no comparison for the real thing. Thank you Lashify for changing the game!!

Love Lashify! I have been using Lashify for 2+ years now. I am not good at makeup and have never been able to successfully apply a strip lash before, but I can use Lashify, and I love it! It takes some time and patience to figure out placement and the appropriate amount of bond, but it’s an amazing system. Most orders are delivered without a hitch, and the company has quickly resolved any issues I’ve experienced. I’ve placed 3 orders in the past 2 months and gotten everything I ordered quickly and without issue.
