Turned me off within seconds. Within seconds of loading the site, a salesperson was on me with textbook high-pressure questions/tactics. I work with graphic designers all the time. This is not professional in the context of the industry. My brief interaction with them was reminiscent of my early years selling crappy extended warranties over the phone. The script, verbatim, I kid you not, goes like this: "I can offer you a deal if you buy right now." When 20% doesn't get an immediate yes, "Are you on a budget, maybe I can help." (classic) When I said I just needed a bit more time to look around the site, he gave me 30 seconds before the pressure was up again. That was the final straw for me in under 2 minutes of chatting. This place is sleazy. Positive reviews are easy to manufacture. I would not trust them.

O’Shea was VERY professional setting up… O’Shea was VERY professional setting up my logo, letterhead, and all stationary as well as doing an excellent job in creating an atmosphere of perfection. He made sure that I was 100% comfortable with the quality and care of my design. He was awesome helping me find pictures that I can use on my site. Excellent Service!! James & Robert were a great help with putting together a website that will be very efficient for our future business. They were excellent to work with. It was an easy process to be able to communicate our ideas and edit changes. Anything we didn’t understand, they took the care to explain anything we needed. KINspire Academy of the Performing Arts Working with Lucas, our project manager, and his team was an absolute joy! They applied our edits (which I felt were endless; bless them for their patience) effectively and efficiently. The logo creating process was fun, and our logo turned out better than we could have imagined, so we can’t wait to see our finished media kit and website! I would honestly give 10 stars if I could!
