Starting off the chat feature provided me polite customer service and instructions. After selecting a reasonably priced plan, the questionnaire helped explain the look I was going for and guided the designer. Within a day I received several logos to pick from. All were nice, but one stood out to me. Through email I was able to communicate a few revisions I wanted to test out and again the customer service was polite with a quick turn around time. I now have a professional logo that is better than I anticipated (with copyright). I highly recommend Logo in 60!
