A print head came with my cartridges I thought the cartridges I received were incompatible with my printer, but Steve immediately recognized the problem and pointed out that there was a print head included with my cartridges. I printed a test page while Steve was still with me, and it worked great! I was extremely happy that my problem was so easily solved by Steve!

Poor quality of ink They don't tell you that when you purchase refurbished ink cartridges that your printer may not recognize it as being new----therefore your printer will continue to tell you that you need to order ink. You have no idea of how much ink you may have left. You just have to continue printing until you run out! Both the black and colored ink are very pale-not the quality you get when you buy the brand name. Wouldn't buy again.

Made good on a challenging situation I've ordered toner from these folks before and it works well, so when the opportunity presented to order some masks too - i added a quantity to my toner order. Unfortunately, though the entire order shipped the same day, it was held up and eventually lost at the changeover between carriers in my town. Not happy. I reached out and communicated with Sam a couple times while still in the delayed delivery phase, he checked and we agreed upon a date for me to wait, and when it became more likely the order was lost, Sam sent me a replacement order. The toner arrived on Monday (1 business day after we communicated) and the masks shortly after. I appreciate that Sam made the best of a challenging situation and came through.for me. Thanks Sam!

Excellent product and great service. For at least the past 5 years I have ordered a lot of bulk ink and 2 chip re-setters for a Canon Pixma pro 9500, and more recently, their own brand of cartridges for a Canon MG6620 (whose cartridges have a non-replaceable chip, thus un-refillable). Their ink is a great quality and a whole lot cheaper than buying new cartridges from Canon or other retailers. I would highly recommend this company for your printer ink needs.

I am completely satisified with my service from 123refills Hi all, I am a long time customer of 123refills. I'm a paper card modeler, Aircraft, Vehicles, Buildings, Lighthouses, etc., and use a lot of ink! I had a black cartridge giving me a failure message, and I e-mailed 123 refills about the problem.
