A print head came with my cartridges I thought the cartridges I received were incompatible with my printer, but Steve immediately recognized the problem and pointed out that there was a print head included with my cartridges. I printed a test page while Steve was still with me, and it worked great! I was extremely happy that my problem was so easily solved by Steve!

Made good on a challenging situation I've ordered toner from these folks before and it works well, so when the opportunity presented to order some masks too - i added a quantity to my toner order. Unfortunately, though the entire order shipped the same day, it was held up and eventually lost at the changeover between carriers in my town. Not happy.
