CAHighly recommend I have been using these product for over a year now. I’m in my 50’s and the eye serum is amazing for those “fine lines” around the eyes. Orders can take a while to ship to Canada sometimes but you order in bulk (which is cheaper) and plenty of time it’s not an issue. Highly Recommend.

GBWaiting on my order I can’t review the products because after ordering on Nov 29 they can’t guarantee me a delivery by Christmas. The customer service has been good as far as getting back to me but always say with the amount of orders they don’t know when it will be mailed out. It’s a Christmas present for my daughter in law. I just emailed to cancel and waiting for them to get back. The products look like they will be good if I could only receive them.

AUNot happy Jenny!! Not happy Jenny!! I placed my order on or about 24 June. I received an order confirmation saying that I would receive a dispatch notification in the next day also. Then the emails started coming from Glè: “The product you ordered is currently unavailable. Our trusted supplier of high-quality premium ingredients experienced a shortage, and we refused to put anything else that was not up to par in our formulas. Please bear with us for a few more days; we guarantee your package will be shipped soon.” I ordered the bundle at a cost of $142, but Jenny will not tell me which item in the bundle is compromised. In fact, since I asked for a refund, I’m not getting any response whatsoever. Buyer Beware!!

GBHorrible communication I’ve ordered from the company the last year. First, this product is not a cure all for wrinkles lol I dunno why people are saying it has “erased” their wrinkle. Sure, when you first apply it, your skin looks softer and fresher but throughout the day it goes back to whatever age you are lol it has been good to my sensitive skin so that’s a plus. There’s been an issue with my order every time. Twice now though, the company has been out of all of the products I’ve ordered and NOT LET ME KNOW!! I order in time for my previous stuff to finish for about a month or so, so I don’t run out. It’s been 6 weeks this time with no product showing up. Like other reviews say, I had to be the one to reach out to them, and they took their sweet time getting back to me! Even after they finally got back to me, I still had no tracking or confirmation of when to expect it. I’ve been out of product for a couple weeks now, and with sensitive skin it’s been tough to adjust to something else. Don’t (quite literally) waste your time waiting for this product. It’s easier to find something just as good at a beauty store or online. Read the reviews. After my products finally arrive I will definitely not be ordering again from here, weird that they don’t get back to you and weird that you have to be the one to reach out about the missing order. My last missing order was $200 🫠
