GBWaiting on my order I can’t review the products because after ordering on Nov 29 they can’t guarantee me a delivery by Christmas. The customer service has been good as far as getting back to me but always say with the amount of orders they don’t know when it will be mailed out. It’s a Christmas present for my daughter in law. I just emailed to cancel and waiting for them to get back. The products look like they will be good if I could only receive them.

GBThis company is actually a joke! This company is actually a joke! I received a shipping confirmation email on 11 December. However, it really wasn’t a shipping confirmation when you look closely, it was label created. it is now 21 December and it’s still merely shows label created and USPS is awaiting the package. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you read their shipping policy, it clearly states two day shipping. Not two day label created. Thus far I have reached out to this company via email three times and have never ever received a response. I even attempted to call the number provided in various locations however, it is an incorrect invalid number. Some poor guy answered the phone, not knowing who I was asking for. As far as I’m concerned, this is a scam company. All I can do now is resign to the fact that I will not receive my product and kiss my money Goodbye. And as I said in an email to them, what if this were a Christmas gift to someone from me? They really don’t give a crap! Ordered on 11 December and not here for the holidays??!! Everyone should stick with Amazon!!!!!!!

GBHorrible communication I’ve ordered from the company the last year. First, this product is not a cure all for wrinkles lol I dunno why people are saying it has “erased” their wrinkle. Sure, when you first apply it, your skin looks softer and fresher but throughout the day it goes back to whatever age you are lol it has been good to my sensitive skin so that’s a plus. There’s been an issue with my order every time. Twice now though, the company has been out of all of the products I’ve ordered and NOT LET ME KNOW!! I order in time for my previous stuff to finish for about a month or so, so I don’t run out. It’s been 6 weeks this time with no product showing up. Like other reviews say, I had to be the one to reach out to them, and they took their sweet time getting back to me! Even after they finally got back to me, I still had no tracking or confirmation of when to expect it. I’ve been out of product for a couple weeks now, and with sensitive skin it’s been tough to adjust to something else. Don’t (quite literally) waste your time waiting for this product. It’s easier to find something just as good at a beauty store or online. Read the reviews. After my products finally arrive I will definitely not be ordering again from here, weird that they don’t get back to you and weird that you have to be the one to reach out about the missing order. My last missing order was $200 🫠

GBI have used the products for about… I have used the products for about three years and like them very much. But order fulfillment and customer service support is TERRIBLE. If you need something quickly, you'll be disappointed. And if you email or call to report a slow order fulfillment, heaven help you because they won't. I'll order again, but always long before I need a product because I have no confidence in their ability to deliver in a timely manner.

I use the Skin care for Dark Circles and the For Wrinkles and the Good Night skin care. My skin has not been this soft in a long time! Thank you for such wonderful products and for being a company that is very pleasant to deal with!
