Requested multiple times to have… Requested multiple times to have shipped item to different address but yet proceeded to ship item to wrong address even when it was informed to them 3 weeks ago. I read other reviews. Company seems like a scam. Updated review...company is not a scam. They just took long make it right. Thank you to the person that helped fix this issue

I really like the facial cleanser I really like the facial cleanser. It feels good while using it and it leaves my skin feeling wonderful. Used with my other Gle facial care keeps my skin hydrated and looking young.

Waiting on my order I can’t review the products because after ordering on Nov 29 they can’t guarantee me a delivery by Christmas. The customer service has been good as far as getting back to me but always say with the amount of orders they don’t know when it will be mailed out. It’s a Christmas present for my daughter in law. I just emailed to cancel and waiting for them to get back. The products look like they will be good if I could only receive them.

This company is actually a joke! This company is actually a joke! I received a shipping confirmation email on 11 December. However, it really wasn’t a shipping confirmation when you look closely, it was label created. it is now 21 December and it’s still merely shows label created and USPS is awaiting the package. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you read their shipping policy, it clearly states two day shipping. Not two day label created. Thus far I have reached out to this company via email three times and have never ever received a response. I even attempted to call the number provided in various locations however, it is an incorrect invalid number. Some poor guy answered the phone, not knowing who I was asking for. As far as I’m concerned, this is a scam company. All I can do now is resign to the fact that I will not receive my product and kiss my money Goodbye. And as I said in an email to them, what if this were a Christmas gift to someone from me? They really don’t give a crap! Ordered on 11 December and not here for the holidays??!! Everyone should stick with Amazon!!!!!!!

Highly recommend I have been using these product for over a year now. I’m in my 50’s and the eye serum is amazing for those “fine lines” around the eyes. Orders can take a while to ship to Canada sometimes but you order in bulk (which is cheaper) and plenty of time it’s not an issue. Highly Recommend.
