Avoid If you’re tempted to spend $25 US on their mushroom head CC cream, just go to Temu where the exact same product is $6 or eBay where it’s $10. They advertise that they’re safe as they use PayPal, but if you initiate a dispute, they will give a fake US post box address where you need to send the item tracked ($45 from Australia) to get a refund. But the cheap item came in a box from China. Clever scam, but save your money. They also flag any negative reviews on Trustpilot as ‘harmful or illegal’ to get them removed.

Returns condition says only if in condition in which it was purchased in same packaging (who keeps boxes after 2 weeks) Very disappointed and angry would not buy from them again and would not recommend

Terrible company I bought eyelashes from Beauty lust. It said you could return within 60 days if not suitable. I have contacted them several times for a refund but no reply. The eyelashes are awful, I can only think the reviews on the site must be fake. Total waste of money and not cheap either! ( approx £15 wasted). Definitely to be avoided!

I ordered take adhesive lashes on 10/28 I ordered take adhesive lashes on October 28th. I received them yesterday by a delivery guy who was driving a Lexus small suv. That was strange because I had just checked the tracking info they sent me and it showed they were delivered to Los Angeles. Excited to get them I immediately put them on. Not only was it difficult to remove them from the packaging they would not stick at all. I immediately sent customer service an email and no one has even responded. I want my money back.
