INThird class customer service Third class customer service. Inefficient support staff. Takes ages to respond to customer issues. Dullest support team. After monthly unlimited download subscription, not being able to download even a single content. Keep sending them message, but zero response. They will take their sweet time to come back.

GBCustomer service is a delicate matter Customer service is a delicate matter, and this one was handled with excellence and expediency. It feels risky to “leave a message” fearing that’s part of the run around, but in fact they had read, responded and resolved my concern before I even got to work for the day! Thanks!
