GBBest customer service Best customer service. Beau from customer service was the one assigned to help out with the issue we had. He was very nice and professional and cant ask more than that. Issue was resolved and after talking with support I felt like I would renew my subscription because customer service is my main concern in most situation.

GBWouldn't recommend for music. . Wouldn't recommend if planning to use it for music. I'ver had several copyright claims be admitted regarding the content I've used from Storyblocks over the past year. I had gone through the "dispute" process but that seems to take forever with no real answer from support. 3 Stars because of the amount of content they have.

NLSublime service I wanted to cancel my subscription, but it was already automatically paid for. Fast, friendly answer from the helpdesk, with the notification that they refunded my money. Thanks Franco from StoryBlocks! Furthermore, platform itself is good, a lot of footage and options. Reason why i wanted to cancel the subscription is because i stopped doing the thing i needed any footage for.
