Fantastic Quality at a Fantastic Price Before I came across Captivate inks website I was considering buying refillable ink cartridges when you weighed everything up with the price of the ink , ink cartridges and having to buy a chip resetting tool and then the uncertainty of how long they would work before a printer software update rendered them useless I really didn't want to buy the cheap ink cartridges that you can get online as I have a friend who has been using them and he says that he gets a error message every time he tries to print something So I thought that I would give Captivate ink a try And they work great just like they should Plus I got three sets of ink for what it would have cost me for one from the printer manufacturer Now I wouldn't buy my ink from anywhere else

NO customer service Several weeks ago I purchased ink and they did not install properly in my printer Everything went haywire and now printhead is mid-aligned and even with factory ink installed it no longer works right Sent message to them and to date have not received a reply Sending them back and will cancel cc card payment

Unbelievable I am in awe over my whole experience. From the moment that an customer service agent offered to assist me to the what seemed like next day delivery. My whole experience was great. Just so happens that I was going to order another cartridge of ink today then I noticed your email. This is what great customer service is. When you already know what the customer needs and is expecting it makes it a WOW experience. Thank you for the opportunity to give this review and also the opportunity to say, Thanks again.

Like the product- very pleased so far. Initially I had a problem with pop up warnings but they soon went away and I have definitely gotten more printing then I ever did with my HP cartridges. So far so good. Can't tell the difference in quality.
