Unbelievable I am in awe over my whole experience. From the moment that an customer service agent offered to assist me to the what seemed like next day delivery. My whole experience was great. Fantastic Quality at a Fantastic Price Before I came across Captivate inks website I was considering buying refillable ink cartridges when you weighed everything up with the price of the ink , ink cartridges and having to buy a chip resetting tool and then the uncertainty of how long they would work before a printer software update rendered them useless I really didn't want to buy the cheap ink cartridges that you can get online as I have a friend who has been using them and he says that he gets a error message every time he tries to print something So I thought that I would give Captivate ink a try And they work great just like they should Plus I got three sets of ink for what it would have cost me for one from the printer manufacturer Now I wouldn't buy my ink from anywhere else

Won't buy ink anywhere else Fast shipping and great customer servive. Emailed them bc I was unsure about my order. I received a reply very quickly. They were very helpful. I also love the pens! My very picky hp printer accepted the cartridges without a problem.
