Materials problem All has been swell with what I have aquired and communication with staff has been good. THE LAST 1000 RAW STICK INCENSE I GOT HAD NO UNIFORMITEY 35 % of the punks won't stay lit due to inconsistencies. If the sticks wer better 4.5 I would give

Couldn’t use any of the fragrances I… Couldn’t use any of the fragrances I bought. Way too much chemical smell. Like bad air fresher. A waste of 80 dollars. Through them out.

I have been using Save on Scents for… I have been using Save on Scents for about 2 years now and I have never been more pleased. Their scents consistently smell wonderful and I have gotten many compliments on them. Much better than Perfume and cologne that you buy at the store. Customer service is a dream and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer's experience is top-notch....even when it's not their fault. They never answered my email They never answered my email, so I can't comment of their actual customer service, just their lack of it. The scents are super weak for being the ultra, that I can't use them in soap. I won't ever buy from them again, I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
