I had a glitch occuring when I tried to… I had a glitch occuring when I tried to cartoonize a photo I had copied from the web. Colorcinch would not process that image correctly at all; in fact, the app created a ghost-like effect of the image. But, one of the suggestions from the support team was to try a different photo. Well, I tried 2 or 3 of my own and all of them worked. That's when I realized (and was reminded) the app can produce less-than-satisfactory results with low resolution images. The app has been working like money ever since!

Happy customer I have paid and received the software immediately, however upon install the software didn't responded. Later after contacting the customer service they send me a Updated software file, however even the second one isn't responding. I tried contacting the team via email(thats the only option) however the they choose to not respond to me. MY MONEY IS GONE. The team was helpful The team was helpful. there were some technical issues that prevents me from using the Cartoonize.net service, but the team was putting so much effort trying to solve this problem for me. the communication was easy and and the team was helpful.

Not working for more than 2 days I have been using Colorcinch for more than 6 months now and it is very important for my business. Now I am not able to login to my account for more than 2 days. I have submitted multiple help requests and haven't received an answer. Basically, I am paying for services that I am not able to use or cancel. I will edit this review as soon as the Colorcinch resolves this issue, because it is important to me.

it's a Scan and fraudulent company it's a Scan and fraudulent company, offer sub par service at a ridiculous price, its also very hard to get ride off the £10 a month charge, that doesn't show up as this company on your bank statements. had to spend an hour on the phone to my bank to find out who these thief's are.
