FRHelped quickly when I needed Not able to cancel the subscription due to not owning a PC anymore, I emailed them and they took take of the matter in a few hours. Lovely services ! Only reason I cancelled was due to not using the services anymore, otherwise great company !

GBI had a glitch occuring when I tried to… I had a glitch occuring when I tried to cartoonize a photo I had copied from the web. Colorcinch would not process that image correctly at all; in fact, the app created a ghost-like effect of the image. But, one of the suggestions from the support team was to try a different photo. Well, I tried 2 or 3 of my own and all of them worked. That's when I realized (and was reminded) the app can produce less-than-satisfactory results with low resolution images. The app has been working like money ever since!

INHappy customer I have paid and received the software immediately, however upon install the software didn't responded. Later after contacting the customer service they send me a Updated software file, however even the second one isn't responding. I tried contacting the team via email(thats the only option) however the they choose to not respond to me. MY MONEY IS GONE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. dont purchase from this vendor as they just cheat the customers. As per your reply, I rechecked the spam mail and i haven’t found a single reply. PLEASE STOP LYING . Am I missing someting? Please find below the screenshot of the email that I have sent to you and never got a response. Email sent on 19th April, 24th April and 29th April. GBHad a great tech support exchange- the… Had a great tech support exchange- the images weren’t generating, and were stalling out without ever creating. Since I use colorcinch in my art process to create templates for fabric portraits I was super frustrated since I had paid the annual subscription and now it wasn’t working. I sent a help request and was impressed at how quickly I got a response. The solution that was suggested worked and I am back in business. (It was as simple as doing the software update on my iPhone and trying chrome on my Mac). Thanks Peter!
