Had a great tech support exchange- the… Had a great tech support exchange- the images weren’t generating, and were stalling out without ever creating. Since I use colorcinch in my art process to create templates for fabric portraits I was super frustrated since I had paid the annual subscription and now it wasn’t working. I sent a help request and was impressed at how quickly I got a response. The solution that was suggested worked and I am back in business. (It was as simple as doing the software update on my iPhone and trying chrome on my Mac). Thanks Peter!

Not working for more than 2 days I have been using Colorcinch for more than 6 months now and it is very important for my business. Now I am not able to login to my account for more than 2 days. I have submitted multiple help requests and haven't received an answer. Basically, I am paying for services that I am not able to use or cancel. I will edit this review as soon as the Colorcinch resolves this issue, because it is important to me.
