GBUpgraded high res PDF saves as blank file PREVIOUS REVIEW: I just purchased the upgraded version so I can save high res PDF files but, when I go to save, the file is blank. UPDATED REVIEW: Peter was an amazing help and got my issue resolved. If anyone else is having this issue, the trick that worked for me was reducing the image size once I uploaded the photo and then saved it as PDF at 300 DPI. The only reason I knocked a star off is because the speed of the website can be painfully slow. I can deal with it now but when I have to edit a higher volume of images, it gets pretty frustrating.

INHappy customer I have paid and received the software immediately, however upon install the software didn't responded. Later after contacting the customer service they send me a Updated software file, however even the second one isn't responding. I tried contacting the team via email(thats the only option) however the they choose to not respond to me. MY MONEY IS GONE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. dont purchase from this vendor as they just cheat the customers. As per your reply, I rechecked the spam mail and i haven’t found a single reply. PLEASE STOP LYING . Am I missing someting? Please find below the screenshot of the email that I have sent to you and never got a response. Email sent on 19th April, 24th April and 29th April. GBFixed a subscription issue no problem and very nice employees Purchased a subscription so I could generate some images I wanted for my business, but the whole day I activated it, it wouldn't unlock the features when I signed in. I shot an email to the team and it was resolved immediately. Peter got back to me and was very polite and professional letting me know the issue was resolved. Their product works really well, I especially like their background remover.
