Not working for more than 2 days I have been using Colorcinch for more than 6 months now and it is very important for my business. Now I am not able to login to my account for more than 2 days. I have submitted multiple help requests and haven't received an answer. Basically, I am paying for services that I am not able to use or cancel. I will edit this review as soon as the Colorcinch resolves this issue, because it is important to me.

Prompt and Courtesy I appreciated Colorcinch's prompt response and resolution regarding an issue I had!! Peter was prompt, polite and I really liked the human response via email!! As for the product itself, it's really easy to use and I've created so many lovely photos for friends and family members with amazing results.
