Poor image quality I ordered a poster on this website. After an excessively long delivery time, the order was incorrect... So I had to write an email to inform them of this problem, and they answered me almost 2 weeks later... But that can be forgiven despite All. On the other hand, after having finally received the correct order, the quality of the image was very poor and that is not acceptable. Indeed, the image seems to have been printed with a cheap printer. So, very disappointed with this website, which I obviously do not recommend.

Amazon customer service! I will definitely come back for more! I did not receive the digital download as promised. Within minutes of me emailing them to let them know, they responded and provided the link to download the images. Turns out there was a problem with my email. Amazing customer service!

Good quality and shipping, arrived wrinkled My order was fulfilled on time and shipping was relatively quick. The item arrived as described and quality of print was good. My qualm is that the item arrived with significant wrinkling of the poster immediately out of the bag. It somewhat soured an otherwise perfectly satisfactory experience.

As expected-ish. The order took a bit longer than anticipated to ship which can be expected in a global pandemic. Shipped securely, print showed up a bit grainy but it may have been the style. Thorough customer service support and email notification system.

decent quality, long shipping overall good quality print, very sturdy paper. shipping took much longer than expected. some printer lines visible on the the album cover but it is not very noticeable from a distance.
