ZERO STARS…I ordered the product on… ZERO STARS…I ordered the product on 7/8/23 and it is now 7/21/23 and it has still not been shipped out. I just received an email on 7/19/23 stating that a shipping label has been created, but that USPS is still awaiting the item. Ridiculous! I will never order from these people again. And to any future buyers, do not order from Lifes’ Butter, order from a third party instead. UPDATE——— So initially I had a bad experience per the review above. But, today 8/19/23, I received an unexpected product gift from Life’s Butter for the previous inconvenience! And it was actually a product that I was thinking about trying. I can respect a company that acknowledges their customers’ concerns and tries to find a resolution to save business relationships. These are the types of small businesses that I like to support. Thank you, Life’s Butter for the initiative to make things right…I’ll see you soon on my next order!

Beautiful moisturiser but expensive when ordering from the uk I did not receive my order but after contacting the company another one was sent out to me. The reason only 3 stars is I had to pay £26 extra postage when my order was delivered. This makes it a very expensive product when ordering from the uk The product itself is lovely

Order Never Shipped It has been 9 days since I've placed my order and I have yet to hear from the company at all - I received a confirmation email and that was it. My order has yet to ship and when you try to get in contact with someone via the website you sit there for 20 minutes with no response. I was so excited to use this product and now I'm worried it's just a scam, don't waste your time or your money. UPDATE: the order was delivered nearly a month later and products were missing. Impossible to get in touch with the company, I've disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Amazing Product!!! I don’t normally write reviews but this product is so amazing i have to. First off the smell of the cream Is so yummy it reminds me of being in a tropical vacation. Not only is the smell amazing but it really does a great job with moisturizing and firming. It really helps with my loose skin related to pregnancies and this cream does a great job making my stomach feel soo much firmer. The brush is super high quality and really important you use with the cream to get the best overall result. The high quality bristles are very firm and exfoliates well to aide in the elimination of toxins. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to firm and detox their body.

Not off to a great start…just as… Not off to a great start…just as previous reviewers, I ordered on 3/19 (current date is 4/2) and still not word on status. I emailed them inquiring about my order, and nothing. I am currently set up to do monthly auto ships, but based on the experience so far, I’ll be cancelling that today. I also find it odd that they took payment for a product they haven’t even shipped, most companies only take the payment once the item has shipped. I’m really hoping my situation turns around and I’m not fighting to get a refund for a product that they never gave me.
