What was marketed as a streamlined experience felt more like navigating through a maze of bureaucracy, far removed from their claims of sound business practices and a dedication to customer satisfaction. In reflection, Beacon Funding's service felt misleading, closely bordering on deceptive, rather than the premier financing resource they claim to be. The discrepancy between their advertised commitment to customer care and the actual service provided was significant. My advice to others considering Beacon for equipment financing is to proceed with caution and explore more transparent and customer-focused alternatives.
