GBI’ve been doing business with chase for… I’ve been doing business with chase for a little over 2 years now. He has always made himself available and has always delivered on his promises. Two weeks ago he introduced us to Taylor who is best with used truck and equipment sales knowledge. We wanted to upgrade some equipment and sell old equipment within 24 hours of posting Taylor had brought in over half a dozen qualified offers and a day later it sold! A lot of companies offer up empty promises but not Taylor and chase. When they say they are going to do something they do it! Customer service was largely unresponsive, and the financing terms lacked the promised flexibility, feeling more designed to benefit Beacon than support my business's growth. The application process was another pain point, fraught with opaque terms and unexpected fees that only became apparent too late. What was marketed as a streamlined experience felt more like navigating through a maze of bureaucracy, far removed from their claims of sound business practices and a dedication to customer satisfaction. In reflection, Beacon Funding's service felt misleading, closely bordering on deceptive, rather than the premier financing resource they claim to be. The discrepancy between their advertised commitment to customer care and the actual service provided was significant. My advice to others considering Beacon for equipment financing is to proceed with caution and explore more transparent and customer-focused alternatives.
