Customer service was largely unresponsive, and the financing terms lacked the promised flexibility, feeling more designed to benefit Beacon than support my business's growth. The application process was another pain point, fraught with opaque terms and unexpected fees that only became apparent too late. What was marketed as a streamlined experience felt more like navigating through a maze of bureaucracy, far removed from their claims of sound business practices and a dedication to customer satisfaction. In reflection, Beacon Funding's service felt misleading, closely bordering on deceptive, rather than the premier financing resource they claim to be.
