Despite these concerns, I engaged with Beacon, hoping for the flexible financing options they advertised, like Lease-To-Own and Start-Up Financing. However, the reality was a stark contrast. Customer service was largely unresponsive, and the financing terms lacked the promised flexibility, feeling more designed to benefit Beacon than support my business's growth. The application process was another pain point, fraught with opaque terms and unexpected fees that only became apparent too late. What was marketed as a streamlined experience felt more like navigating through a maze of bureaucracy, far removed from their claims of sound business practices and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
