Rest Assured I had ordered new ink cartridges but when I received the confirmation email, I was not sure I had ordered the correct ones for my particular printer since only the brand (not the specific type of printer) was listed. I contacted the company via Live Chat and David Smith responded immediately. He was very helpful and assured me that I had ordered the correct cartridges. I have ordered my ink supplies from 499inks.com for years now and could not be more pleased with both the products and service. I recommend them to all my friends.

A good company with integrity that backs their product nk recently I… I've used them for my ink recently I had an issue with a couple of chips not being read by my printer and they are sending me replacement ink with no problem several months after the purchase. Patrick who I spoke to from the company was very helpful. Overall they seem to have good integrity and be reasonable overall I'm happy with their products. I saved quite a bit of money.

When Customer Service Counts; Within the last few days I ordered product from them. Without going into the sordid details (sarcasm). There was a hiccup in getting my account details straightened out and getting shipping details. All was fixed by their excellent customer service on 04/08/2021. Take a bow Sam!

Your employee Sam . Your employee Sam was awesome he fixed my problem in less than 3 minutes. I think that employee has the potential to become a manager and I hope that employee does. An excellent proudct at a rediculous low price. At first, I was very skeptical about purchasing the "clone" Brother printer cartridges as the cost for 4-cartridges was approximately $10.00 each. Compared to having to pay approximately $60.00 for one cartridge here, in Canada, makes one wonder if the "clone" model really works. Answer: Works like a charm. Think you people at 499inks.com should get serious about advertising your products in Canada. In speaking to three of my friends they asked for your e-mail address to see if you have printing cartridges for their machines. Hoping to see some advertising from you people in the near future.
