He was able to get my order taken care of quickly without any problems. The individual who took care of the final particulars for the purchase was excellent as well. I was told that I would receive my order either Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. It shipped out on the 14th and it arrived today the 16th. That was truly amazing. The toner cartridges are an exact match to the OEM cartridge and it works beautifully. This was the best experience I have had with a company that isn't brick and mortar. An excellent proudct at a rediculous low price. At first, I was very skeptical about purchasing the "clone" Brother printer cartridges as the cost for 4-cartridges was approximately $10.00 each. Compared to having to pay approximately $60.00 for one cartridge here, in Canada, makes one wonder if the "clone" model really works. Answer: Works like a charm. Think you people at 499inks.com should get serious about advertising your products in Canada. In speaking to three of my friends they asked for your e-mail address to see if you have printing cartridges for their machines. Hoping to see some advertising from you people in the near future.
