If there are ever any problems they make it right. I have found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. But I generally ask for Patrick, as I find him to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

An excellent proudct at a rediculous low price. At first, I was very skeptical about purchasing the "clone" Brother printer cartridges as the cost for 4-cartridges was approximately $10.00 each. Compared to having to pay approximately $60.00 for one cartridge here, in Canada, makes one wonder if the "clone" model really works. Answer: Works like a charm. Think you people at 499inks.com should get serious about advertising your products in Canada. In speaking to three of my friends they asked for your e-mail address to see if you have printing cartridges for their machines. Hoping to see some advertising from you people in the near future.
