Out of all the ink cartridges that I have received from them, I only had one that did not work properly. Unfortunately, it was a year past the date that I bought it, and I could not get a refund or a new cartridge for free. Understandable, but I think it would have been good customer service to replace the ink cartridge regardless, since they obviously have good products, and that this would most likely not happen often.

I have been using the Brother ink… I have been using the Brother ink toners for at least 5 years and would recommend that others use this company ( and I have ) to purchase printer ink. The quality and price cannot be beat and I will continue to be a satisfied customer. Thanks to your company :)

Our Company switched to InkPlusToner… Our Company switched to InkPlusToner almost a year ago. Very competitive prices with other online retailers. We did have an issue with a toner, but the customer service was better than expected. A new toner was shipped out within 24 hrs without any hassle. Will continue to use their service and reccomend their name with others.

Cartridges provided by InkPlusToner…Low price and printer recognized the cartridge! Cartridges provided by InkPlusToner work in my Epson NX 415. That's no small thing the way Epson keys the cartridge slots. I tried InkPlusToner 1st time because their price is realistically low. Looks like I made right choice.

They messed up my shipment They messed up my shipment. Since I used a PO address it got sent back. I gave them my physical address after talking to their helpful customer service, and received my shipment eventually.
