Customer Service!!!! I submitted my order on a Saturday and got an email back almost immediately (within an hour or two). I had some specific requests and I was emailed several options to choose from and they clearly addressed my requests. After reviewing, I selected my preferences and my item was shipped out the next business day and came a couple of days later. The end product was even better than the image sent. The sign is for my girlfriend who goes to a lot of car shows. I know everyone is going to ask where she got it and I'll be more than happy to recommend Car Show Signs by Hedlin Designs. Gary was extremely helpful and friendly. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent Customer Service & Product Customer Service was amazing. Turn around time and follow up emails were prompt - something I have found lacking in other companies today. Great design and service! Show Car Signs did an amazing job in creating and designing my sign. Just submit a picture and some details, and the designs are flawless. Service is also great. Plenty of communication and opportunity to edit, change, and get your sign perfect.

Took my $$ - and nothing Like several others, paid in full more than a month ago and zero communication since then. No response to email, phone call, or text (as instructed in phone voicemail to do). Missed using for several car shows now. Thankfully I'm able to dispute the payment. I can understand a small business getting behind on orders or having something go wrong that causes production to halt, but post a message on your website or a general "out of office reply" to people. Losing customers and gaining a bad reputation serves nobody.

Do not waste your time! I have purchased car related products online for 5 years without issues. Regrettably, I must warn others not to waste your time attempting to conduct business with Gary Hedlin. After multiple agreed to deadlines were missed, lack of honesty, communication ceased. Stay away!!
